I had called a different company on Saturday to make an appointment. I made one for Monday, they texted Monday said they could not come out until Tuesday morning. I got another text Tuesday morning that said they would not be out until Tuesday Afternoon. I cancelled that appointment and called A/C Plus. They had Michael on the way within an hour. He was super fast, friendly and quickly identified the issue! If you’re looking for a company to get you serviced quickly this is it!

I have been an AC Plus customer since 2017 for multiple HVAC installations (thank you Tim and crew!). I also use them for routine cleaning and maintenance service (Mark is awesome!). I am very pleased with their professionalism and highly competent work. Competence is my number one criteria when choosing any service provider, and these guys have consistently delivered - they know their stuff. They also are happy to take the time to show me all of their work and explain how the systems function, which I greatly appreciate. I recommend them frequently to friends and family. I seldom leave reviews, but these guys deserve it.

Never leave reviews ever ..but this company is hands down the best I've ever worked with ..two technicians so far and both down to earth and honest ..this time leo Aguilar was amazing...very honest and professional..I'm an install technician for home theater and smart home, and I appreciated his demeanor so much ....will definitely stay with this company as long as they keep investing in great technicians

Our family has been using A/C plus for years. We had our old unit replaced in the middle of winter with a newborn baby and small children in the home. This was an emergency call and someone was out within thirty min to our home. Now we have regular maintenance done. Shout out Leo A for great customer service.

Mark Woodward was outstanding as he installed a new hot water heater, toilet line and internals, and new garbage disposal. He was competent, thorough, friendly and engaging. Give him a raise! We're very happy!

This is a great company, I've had them out several times for hvac and plumbing and they always do a good job. They tell you about your units and explain how things work. This visit was the preventative maintenance check for both hvac and plumbing that comes with the membership. I had Hayden check out the hvac and Blaine for the plumbing, both were wonderful and did an excellent job.

Hayden did a fantastic job on my yearly scheduled maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and transparent about everything he found, and he provided the most cost-effective method for resolution.

Desaray F. the A/C technician was awesome! This was my annual checkup on my Heating & Cooling Unit. She texted and called to let me know she was on the way. She took pictures of what she saw of the unit and went over everything alone with additional service that could be helpful to the unit. Thanks Desaray F. for your professional service!

The technician, Desaray Freeman performed an extremely thorough examination of our equipment and provided a quote immediately for the suggested repairs. Before and after photos were very helpful with identifying each issues. We are very pleased.

A/C Plus has done a thorough job for me throughout the years for my studio, home, and office. Hayden does great work and delivers top notch customer service.

Mark was out for an annual plumbing inspection included with our AC maintenance plan and identified a part that needed replacement in our water heater. He shared not only pictures of the damage and wear, but also the damaged part. Very professional and explained repairs. Very pleased and annual inspection will help prevent this emergency repair. We just had our semi-annual air and heat tuneup from AC Plus. We have been members for 11 years, and they do excellent work. Desarae was our tech today. She spent a lot of time checking all equipment and sitting down to explain the what/why of her findings. I highly recommend AC Plus!

We have been using A/C Plus for regular maintenance since we purchased our home in 2020. We've always had a good experience and have been pleased. However, our technician this time was Desaray and she was phenomenal. Generally the maintenance tech is in and out in 20 minutes and we are simply told the unit looks good and they'll see us in 6 months. Desaray inspected our unit and our system more thoroughly than anyone ever has. She took pictures to show us what she was seeing and explained things in a very clear way. You could tell she took pride in ensuring her customers are well taken care of. We will be continuing to utilize A/C Plus for our service needs and hope that she is our tech more often.

Initial repair was great, but they had a part that needed to be ordered. They made a follow up and never reached about the part. I have called twice and have reviewed no follow up communication, update, they had an issue with ups and have since made a great effort to make things right..
