I've been using Roscoe Brown for over 10 years. For value, you can't beat it. I've worked in the plumbing industry for 13 years and they've always gone above and beyond.

This moment in particular my AC went out. Nathan came out and was quick to notice that my capacitor had gone out. He was extremely knowledgeable on other issues that may arise in the future. Great for conversation, he is exactly what I'd expect from Roscoe. Genuinely a great company for service and interaction. Appreciate ya Nathan!

Zane is a top notch technician. He went the extra mile to assure us our hot water heater issues would be resolved. We are very pleased with his service and professionalism.

Christian from Roscoe Brown was very thorough. He explained everything and answered my questions after my semi annual maintenance. He was very kind and thoughtful when he entered my house and the room I was in.

On Nov. 8, 2025, early on a Saturday morning, Jamie came out to my rental property at 423 Lawson Rd., Smyrna (and was accompanied by Joseph) to repair a break in the underground water meter. We had to turn off the water overnight or there would have been a lake in the front yard. They came early on Saturday when they would normally have been off work just to get the line repaired and the water turned back on. we just had our water heater replaced today by Gabe, Felipe & Dylan as did our neighbors ...let me tell you these young men are OUTSTANDING!! COURTEOUS PROFESSIONAL & really KNOWLEDGEABLE ,,,also John in customer service is the most caring , thorough person i have spoken with ...5 STARS & i would give them more if i could ...ask for them with any water heater needs that you have ...you will not regret it !!!

Very nice guy, Ben Fraser, looked our situation over, gave us choices, at least for now. We were very impressed with his kindness and thoughtfulness. His visit was very helpful and much needed. Thank you for sending him.

Hunter Campbell did a great job of performing annual winter maintenance on our HVAC system: found an issue with a capacitor but replaced it on the spot so things are all good now. After that Felipe did a great job on the annual maintenance of our plumbing system; flushed the water heater, checked for leaks, and cleaned out all the facets so things are flowing smoothly again. Both were very nice to work with and explained things thoroughly.

Shoutout to Nathan Bystrom who came out during the winter/ice storm while he was oncall on a friday night. He was able to repair two significant parts in our HVAC system, which has continued to work perfectly ever since. thank you.

Hunter Campbell from Roscoe Brown serviced our two units and did an outstanding job in my opinion. He was very thorough. He was knowledgeable about my systems and very courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Dylon and his Team of Plumbing Specialists is who you want for your Plumbing help! He did a Fantastic job repairing my non working Kitchen water lines that leaked underneath the sink along with the Faucet! He was Professional, Courteous, Honest, and just a downright Nice guy! My dog Chip REALLY liked him too!🐶

Call them First! Fantastic Customer Service! Josh P. the technician was first sent out to determine the issue with my unit. He was very friendly, happy, professional, knowledgeable, nice to my dog and my dog liked him, (that’s a good sign that he’s a good person!) He was also clear on my options. Basically, order a part and wait for it knowing that the unit could fail another way since it had reached its age limit or get a new one. He went above and beyond getting The Comfort Advisor on the phone to be at my home bright and early the next day!

As promised Dennis aka C.A. arrived on time bright and early. He is such a nice, friendly guy! Again, my dog took to him as well. Dennis discussed the pros and cons of the units. He didn’t pressure me at all to buy the most expensive and allowed me the opportunity to ask whatever questions I had especially since the last time I even talked about this was in 2009. I made my decision to get a new one installed now. I thanked God that it happened when it did and not in the freezing cold or when the price increase happens everywhere next year when units shoot up 15%~20% or more with every company. Roscoe Brown unfortunately has no control over that.

Dennis went above and beyond too! He got me on the schedule first thing and let me just say Sean and Edgar the two technicians that did the install were amazing! My Chip did bark some with the pounding and noise but he liked these two;) Seriously, they worked hard and all day! No lunch even! Thankfully, it wasn’t raining just wet. They were nice, funny, personable, dedicated, and just awesome guys! I was and am seriously impressed with their ability to do what they do! They got skills! That is a trade that that will always be needed and I am very thankful for them pursuing it and doing so well! As they finished Terry from Roscoe Brown came by to take a look and was pleased as well.

Called Roscoe Brown company because my gas heat was not coming on and they sent a wonderful Service Technician by the name of Landon Brown. Not only was he very nice and respectful but he found the problem and tried to see if it could be fixed without having to replace the part which unfortunately he had to do. I told him that I had close to the amount that was needed to fix it, he called the office and was able to take the money I had plus a 90 days to pay off the balance. Being a Senior Citizen who worked for 43 years and living off my Social Security you never know how much that meant to me. If I need worked done on my Unit Roscoe Brown will be first I will call with requesting Landon Parker to do the work.

William Gragg stopped by to evaluate our plumbing problem. He was exceptionally competent and courteous and spent considerable time trying to solve what needed to be done. I would highly recommend him and plan to call Roscoe Brown for any future problems. Many thanks

HVAC died just before the recent cold/rain/sleet/storm. Don't think I have ever dealt with a more competent company. Everyone we came in contact with was excellent, and the group effort got our home toasty before the storms hit.

Hunter Campbell did a very thorough evaluation of our HVAC units, and identified a couple of issues and fixed them right away. Definitely feel more confident heading into very cold weather after his maintenance and evaluation. Would recommend for sure.

Elvin was very friendly and did a thorough inspection of our AC. He even gave treats to our pets. Would definitely want him to be our go to for our HVAC needs

Had a great experience with Felipe and Jesse installing my new water heater. I appreciate their good customer service and the clean job they did on the install. Will call Roscoe Brown again next time we need plumbing/HVAC help.

Nathan Dingess has been our technician for a number of years and always provides great service and good communication about our equipment. He is also an all-around great human being and our conversations are always enjoyable as well. We appreciate Roscoe Brown doing such a great job hiring and keeping good techs with great overall skills and customer service skills.

William Gragg was my tech. He provided service and some education as well. He worked with me on multiple solutions to minimize my cost. He showed expertise in the guidance he provided to help me, a person with the will to do things myself but falling short on the skills to do it sometimes. William represented his company fantastically on every level.
