I have been using Advanced for over 25 years. They are an excellent company. When you have an emergency repair they will respond quickly to take care of you. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

Our AC broke very suddenly and they came out to fix it very late at night thankfully! We are so appreciative that they came through for us and they did a great job with the repair! VERY thorough in their recommendations for fixing our short term problem as well as telling us what we need to do in the future to avoid another sudden break! SO HELPFUL AND KIND! My parents also have been using their services for many years now and they have also come through for our family time and time again! Can not recommend highly enough :)

Everyone at Advanced Cooling Heating Refrigeration, from the office staff to the installation technicians, have went above and beyond to help us stabilize a troubled old HVAC before getting it replaced, especially the field technician, Cliff. I've never seen anything like it. Dude is amazing! Not only did Cliff go far beyond the call of service duty, but he saved me a tremendous amount of money on the new HVAC system (compared to the local competition quotes) by providing me several smart "think outside the box" options to consider. The other companies presented one option, take it or leave it. Cliff at Advanced gave me several options to consider, presented honest pros and cons of each. Answered all my questions. Gave me all the time I needed. And didn't try to steer me. This is the kind of company I want to do business with. I felt like I was family. 👍👍

The Owner came, IN PERSON, to work on my AC when it failed in July.
Spare parts were not immediately available, so he was able to jury-rig a repair, until the new parts arrived.

Cliff and his crew are amazing. They came in when we had some concerns and gave up multiple remedies to choose from. I am extremely pleased with the quality and speed of work. They are in constant communication with you to make sure you are pleased with the work. This is such a nice touch. I highly recommend them!

Had to have old split system replaced this Spring 03/17. They did a great job by taking the time to to explain to me the best options within my budget range. They had to retrofit the closet area so the air handler would fit just right. Everything they said they would do was completed, and done very professionally! Very pleased with the install, system works flawlessly! The office manager Christie has always quick to respond to my emails concerning anything.

Three years later, now 2016, and my previous review below is still the same with great quality service, parts, people, and patience!

We have used Advanced HCR over the years and they have always done an excellent job everytime at a reasonable price. They take the time to explain what they see, what needs to be done and why. Occasionally I have had to use another company because they were booked up and have not found anyone else as thorough as ADV. HCR.

Murfreesboro based and family run for three generations! Give them a call for any of your HVAC needs. They do commercial as well.

Awesome response time and Clint made extra efforts to minimize the cost of repair needed!

Excellent service. My technician worked tirelessly for two hours to get my older unit running well and cleared the drain line, rather than just saying i needed a new unit !!!

Fann's Air-conditioning and Heating is absolutely amazing. The blower went out on my system. Fann's was here in 15 minutes with the part on their truck! The Tech Caleb was fantastic! Explained everything and got the job done right! The price was lower than I expected. This is my new go-to for anything HVAC work!

James was very nice and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and why. Checked and re-checked making sure the unit was running correctly, and it was.

Technician was excellent. Very quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on the same day. Very professional and friendly.
