The best plumber / person I've ever met. Hershel went above and beyond to answer my emergency water main pipe leak. My builder stopped the leak under builder warranty. Per my request, Hershel came out to take a look at pipe, but no charge at all on a Saturday morning. Will be my go-to plumber forever.

H & R Plumbing was on time and did a great job and the price was quite reasonable. Had kitchen faucet replaced and the sink baskets were also replaced along with a cut off valve. Toliet also had flow valve and other parts replaced.

Apparently too busy.. I’d advise not even asking for an appointment. I seemed to be an inconvenience on the phone with customer service

I called this morning off of a recommendation. Our main water line broke this morning and we needed a plumber to come fix it since we have no water. The lady the answered the phone told me she had no one to send for a week. I then asked if she had any recommendations of who could help me sooner than a week and she said no. I have never had to call a plumber and will not call this company again. This made me sad because I had 2 people tell me they were really good.

The entire experience was perfect from the dispatcher, the plumber, including the bill. They did not break the bank. I now get to enjoy a full shower with hot water. Thank You ! O by the way appointment time 8:00 am. Arrival time 7:56am.

We called on a Friday for a leaky washer machine connection. They told us they’d be able to get here Monday, Tuesday latest. We’d just moved into a new house and weren’t aware the connections leaked, so we were in dire need. We get a call on Saturday, asking us if we’re around - Herschel came out within 20 minutes, equipped with booties, and had us up and running in less than 20 minutes. Stellar service, and we’ll be calling again if we’re ever in need!

You won't find anyone else more reliable and honest. I needed a garbage disposal installed because my other one broke. He only charged me $80. Other places wanted to charge me close to $100 for an install. Hershel & Mike are great guys & they won't rip you off.

The guys came to install a new toilet for me. The job did not take very long, which was great. I am happy with the work they did. They left the bathroom better than they found it. I highly recommend this company.

I wish all plumbers are has honest and price friendly as H&R. H&R finds and repairs the problem and not fake problems. I've seen them in action many times. Examples: what I thought was an expensive water heater fix, they resolved for their standard house call fee and didn't charge me for the part (he said he had a spare). Leaking water feed under the sink: replaced the hose, repaired the pipe - no charge for incidental the hose and fitting (which would be about $15-20 at Lowes). I like!

We've used this company a few times now and they've been great. We had sort of an emergency this morning and they were out to fix it in a couple hours, and had us all set in about 30 minutes.

I had he privilege to watch the work performed. This was done more professionally and thoroughly than I would have expected from any Plummer. The gentleman was very pleasant and friendly. H&R Plumbing has been my go-to since 2015. Herschel, Herschel, Jr. and Walter are honest and upright men. Their work is exceptional. I would not hesitate to have them working in my house in my absence.

I would highly recommend this company. I called H & R Plumbing this morning @ 8:13am. I have no hot water. Kathy answered the phone and was very upbeat and pleasant and said she would try to get someone out here today and would call me back. She called back @12:36pm and told me there was a repairman on the way. Hershal showed up at 1pm and by 1:20pm the problem was fixed! Needed a new thermal coupler. I learned this is a 3rd generation company. I love family businesses! Thank you for your professionalism, follow through and great customer service!
