I’ve called H&R twice for some plumbing problems around my house. They came out right away - same day and went straight to work. Honest, reliable, reasonable, knowledgeable, and family-owned. Highly recommended. They will always have my business.

Came out the same day I contacted them to fix my showers. They were friendly, fast and affordable! I also appreciated that they were boot covers in the house and completely cleaned up their workspace before leaving, all without being asked. These guys are professional!!

We have used this company several times over the years. We always feel very confident when giving their name to friends and family. They will take care of you. They are quick, responsive and very professional. This is the only plumber we will ever use! The owners are great people.

My water heater was overflowing. Wonderful neighbor came and shut it off and recommended H & R. They came quickly, removed old water heater and installed new one within hours. They were professional and courteous. I will always use H & R.

Tankless hotwater heater stopped working. Hershel came out within 30 minutes and was able to get it working right away. Have used H & R plumbing for many years, and have always been very pleased with the responsiveness, quality of service, and fair price.

Another company came out today and quoted us over $1,000 for some plumbing repairs (plus $80 for the house call), and they weren't able to do the repairs today. So, I called H&R right after they left. They had someone at our house 15 minutes later! They charged us only $250 for the exact same repairs!!! Plus, they got started and finished the job within a couple hours. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be using them from now on for all our plumbing needs!

Our garbage disposal was clogged, and it was also affecting the other side of the kitchen sink. In addition, we had an upstairs toilet that had a leak inside the toilet tank. Herschel fixed both, and the charge was very reasonable. He was friendly and courteous, and the whole experience was stress free. Based on Google reviews and the BBB reviews, we took a gamble on this company, and we were not disappointed. We will use H & R again, and we will be happy to refer them to our friends.

We had a great experience. We called right when they opened and they had someone there the same morning and had everything fixed in 1.5 hrs. Our previous plumber experience with a different business was horrible and drawn out. I will only be using H&R from now on! They were very affordable and friendly. Thank you for your quick service!

After waiting on a recommended plumber for three months, I called H&R because of their good reviews. They promptly came out as promised and fixed my issues professionally. Will definitely use them again!

We found out on a Friday from the water company that we had a confirmed water leak somewhere underground between the house and the water meter. We saw no evidence in the yard of the leak at all, our property is just over an acre with the meter no where near the house and no clue where the water lines even ran. I was sure we were in for a very expensive painful ordeal. I called the office and was greeted by a lovely woman who said they were busy but she would do her best to help us as soon as possible. Within a few hours I was called with help on the way and he arrived shortly after. Within 15 minutes of arrival he had the leak spot identified by a VERY slight variation in greener grass in the lawn and shortly thereafter the repair was done and the cost was what I would consider extremely reasonable. I was very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend H & R!

I cannot say enough positive things about this family Business. They are amazing and I would recommend them to everyone. They are Communicative, timely, handworkers, detailed orientated, and do GREAT work.

I have used them for renovations, installs, leaks, and emergencies. They were exceptional in all of these!

H & R were wonderful to work with. They were able to come out within just a few hours of my phone call and had my backed up drains, dishwasher, and washing machine unclogged and running smoothly within an hour. 100 percent professional, patient with my questions, efficient, and absolutely fairly priced. If you are looking for a wonderful, local, honest, family-owned business, look no further. I'll be calling them every time from now on.

Been using these guys for a couple of years. They are amazing!!! I had a clog somewhere in my plumbing over Thanksgiving weekend. Water was coming up through my sink and washing machine. They were there within 30 minutes and fixed the problem within the hour. It's not easy to get under my 1952 old house as the crawl space is really small. I'm a single parent and they were very reasonably priced. Thank you guys so much!

H& R Plumping, affordable, honest and just a great company. I have used H&R 3 times so far and each time is a straight to the point and issue fixed result. They are busy and pretty booked, but they get you scheduled asap and always call if they can get you in earlier.

I love this company! Their staff is so courteous and professional. Walter came out today for some routine maintenance on my toilets and shower and I can’t say enough positive things about him. His brother and dad have been out several times when I’ve needed assistance. They are all southern gentlemen and Kathy was very sweet to bump up my appointment a couple of days because they were in the area which I really appreciated. I highly recommend them for whatever plumbing needs you have.

I had a sewage back up today in the mainline. I called and they sent someone immediately to clear the lines. The gentlemen were just that, gentlemen. I would recommend H&R plumbing to anyone and everyone who needs assistance.

We had a very deep grease clog in our kitchen sink. My husband and friend tried everything! These guys came in at the last minute (on a Saturday!) and cleared it out quickly and at a reasonable price! We will definitely use them again!!

H & R Plumbing came out today (3/19/25) to address a problem with an ongoing issue with my sewer drainage. Kathy was very efficient with scheduling and communication! Herschel & Tray showed up in a timely manner and were respectful, professional, and very focused on what the problem was! I basically had "clogged arteries" of my lines which had not been snaked since my house was built (22+?) yrs. ago. They snaked all of my drains UNDER my house (which two previous plumbing companies failed to identify) If I could give 10 stars, I would! I will not call anyone else but H&R Plumbing in the future! And the cost was more than fair! Kudos to ALL of you for establishing a fantastic and reputable, honest, efficient business model that all other businesses should envy!!

Called them after hours and left a message about a burst pipe. It was not an emergency, so I waited until the next day. Within 20 minutes of them opening, I got a call back that they would work me into their schedule. By 9am, my problem was fixed. Rachel and Hershel Jr. are awesome! I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs and they will not 'gut' you like the companies you see advertising on TV.

This is the second time H&R has come to our rescue. Just when I think I am going to have to take out a loan for repairs H&R figures out the problem and fixes it. They are on my speed dial.

I had the pleasure of utilizing the services of H&R plumbing today after a recommendation from my long time plumber who is retired. It is a local family owned business and the pride that is taken is obvious. The plumber came right on time and had a partner (his young son who I am guessing is less than 10). He worked diligently and was able to identify and correct the issue the same day. It required him to go under my house multiple times which is not easy feat in itself and requires crawling the length of a ranch style home to address the problem area. Easy to talk to, professional, and a very reasonable price based on the time and effort. Companies like this are rare and should be supported. The technicians grandfather started the company and he worked with his dad learning the business since he was young. He is now passing that knowledge on to his son who was equally polite and professional. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them with any plumbing issues that I have moving forward. I can not say enough good things about the experience.
