They charged us $269 to cut a hole in our ceiling to tell us " you have no leak". They called this a " leak test". Now we have no explanation to why it leaked, a hole in our ceiling and a $269 bill. Highly disappointed and feel ripped off. We still have a leak to figure out.

Michael and Thadius was awesome. This company was very responsive and pricing is far better than the others. Guys were very friendly and explained the situation and did what needed to be done. Highly recommend! J Neville

DO NOT USE THIS "BUSINESS ". The owner was extremely rude when we called about fixing what HIS employee messed up. Got childish on the phone with name calling and hanging up on me multiple times. Refused to refund our money on work that did more damage than good. Had a better company come and fix his disaster he created. One of the worst experiences dealing with a professional!! Again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Could have gotten 2 stars since they did fix the problem but poor customer service. Actually, terrible customer service. My hot water heater had calcium build up all in the bottom (which is a common problem in middle tn due to poor water) and he managed to explode the build up all over my garage, car, and my belongings. It ruined a few pairs of shoes and boots but I did not notice the shoes were ruined until after they left. Unable to get money back for the damages. On top of that he didn't clean any of it up or even say he was sorry for doing it. He wanted to act like it was my problem because he was trying to fix the water heater without moving it.

Terrible customer experience!

Will never call these people again! Most ignorant service tech. Called his boss at least four times during 20 min stay asking what to do (visible and obvious faucet supply line leak under kitchen sink) and sent him picture, to diagnose.Walked in with zero tools. Stepped out twice to retrieve flash light and rag. Quoted cost went up 3x from his original estimate, when he called to consult boss.$69 service fee just to send him back without any work done....probably avoided much bigger headache if we let him work!!

While I understand I am in an unusual circumstance. I am thankful that One Call Plumbing came to get me back in order on the same day I called. I am in Texas and we just went through an awful snow storm; and these guys came down to assist! For THAT I am super thankful. However, the tech that came was not very professional -- even said that if we have more issues to NOT call this company back to my house.... after the what i feel was a pretty high bill (I am aware plumbers are not cheap), I don't think he should worry about me calling him back. Jerry was quite nice, and again I am thankful we were able to be taken care of --- but it was not a "wonderful" experience.

I used them a year ago for a garbage disposal repair no problem, great job and communication was great! I called about hot water tank leak tech said he was in route and in the area showed up 3 hrs later no update that he was behind was here 2 minutes and I got an invoice saying it would be $1875 for a new hot water tank and to bring up to code whatever that means! We had a scheduled appointment for 1:30p the next day no call or message that they would be late I called and was told they would be there shortly, once again hours went by before they finally showed up but when I clicked the link it showed as if they were already here working and were not, they made a hole in the already leaking ceiling and didn’t say anything until my husband asked why is it water gushing out never again!

I write three because I have not been in the store yet I will update when I do get a chance but to the owner of Kenny Pipe & Supply I highly apologize it is 1527 Rutledge way the building next door that is abandoned.

I do commercial plumbing. Kenny Pipe in Murfreesboro has the best customer service I've experienced. They had a part I needed at another branch and instead of ordering it or me going to get it, they went and dropped it off at my work site. Definitely going above and beyond

The best plumbing supply house in Murfreesboro. Professional staff that will go out of there way to serve you. Always feel like family when there. Instead of just another customer to take money from. Nice, Polite and great people. Good prices that are not costing you a arm and a leg vs the competition supply houses.

I’ve been to a couple of stores looking for the piece I needed for my condensation pipe and all I had to do was go to Kenny Pipe and Supply‼️‼️‼️ Even the call to ensure they had the pipe I needed. Great customer service from the call to the store. Highly recommend Kenny Pipe & Supply. Honestly I would have never found it without the recommendation from the gentleman at Lowe’s. Very grateful🥰🥰🥰
