Always a professional and knowledgeable experience with Advance Repair! Clint saved our pre-Thanksgiving party by quickly diagnosing the problem with our wall oven, ordering the part and arriving at 7:30am to install and test. Whew!

Alan arrived on schedule, was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with the telescoping downdraft for my cooktop. Advance Appliance was one of the few repair services that said they worked on this type of downdraft. So glad I called them and was impressed by Alan. Highly recommend.

They did a great job on 2 refrigerators and a free standing ice maker. Only hold up was one manufacturer getting warranty parts to us as quickly as they should and not under their control. Will use whenever we need work done again.

They were very inflexible about scheduling. Essentially, they want you to keep your whole day open, until they give you a two hour window the night before. Lack of ability to schedule more specifically is impractical for people who work outside of the home.

Clint arrived on time. He assessed the problem ( unit shut down due to power outage and did not properly reboot ) and restored the function of the oven and burners. He took care to protect counter top and floor.

I had my appliances serviced by Advanced Appliances services. Joe was awesome! arrived when he said he would and had great knowledge of my units. He serviced my wolf range and sun zero refrigerator. He was efficient and professional. Great experience and I’d highly recommend.

Excellent service with a wonderful service technician, Clint. He was a highly trained man who was extremely friendly and very friendly. Once finished, he had me start a small load of clothes in my washer. He stayed with me until he and I knew that everything was working correctly. Excellent service from start to finish!

Clinton was very clever in fixing the issue with the oven doors since the door hinge parts are no longer made for our 2012 Thermador built in ovens. He was able to switch doors on the double oven addressing the issue for the time being.

His efforts were greatly appreciated this being Thanksgiving!

The technician was very knowledgable about my Asko dishwasher. He made several attempts to reset it and it worked. This saved us considerable cost. He also made sure I knew about the warranty and alerted me to future issues that could occur and advised on products that he trusts.

Our technician was great. He informed us ahead of time when he would be here. He communicated very well. My only complaint is the $150 service fee that the company charges even though they didn't have to make a service call. To me it seems like double dipping and gouging the customer.

Alan serviced a couple of our appliances recently; one of which had been worked on before. He performed a miraculous repair that other technicians could not accomplish. Said repair saved us from spending thousands on a replacement. He is the most professional technician that I have ever seen. He’s also a nice gentleman and a credit to his employer.

Technician arrived comfortably within the window provided. Alan is a delightful young man and, he diagnosed the issue immediately and brought the two burners in question back to normal operation quickly. We couldn’t be happier!

This was my second experience using Advance Appliance Services and I was so pleased. Troy was the technician who came out to repair the doors on our Thermador professional oven. He found the source of the problem quickly and was able repair both doors and the panel below that contributed to the problem. He was both professional and pleasant. I’d call them again in an instant!

There was confusion about the part number needed because the number recommended by the manufacturer was different from the number recommended by AAS. This caused a delay in getting the repair made. Also, the scheduler did not allow enough time for the repair, so the repair was delayed another week. The repairman was excellent, professional, experienced, and courteous. The appliance was an installed microwave/hood combination.

Jeremy at Advanced Applicance Services was fantastic when our dishwasher broke and we wanted to save it versus buying a new one. He was thorough, quick, and when one issue popped up after the initial issue he diagnoses, he was quick to get the part ordered and fit us in as soon as he could. Definitely would call Advanced Appliance Services again!

Mr Troy went above and beyond helping us with a new outdoor pizza oven that we couldn’t make work after almost two years! He finally figured out what the problem was and solved in a timely manner. Great experience with Advance Appliances Repair!
