I'm very happy with C & C's service. My dishwasher had to be repaired so I called them and the technician came out quickly to my home. He didn't have any problems in identifying what was wrong with my dishwasher and fix it. Would strongly recommend C & C!

VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Had a water leak, which lead to my laundry being dismantled, and my washer& dryer being moved. Moved them back in and the dryer was not heating. The technician came out, said that the dryer was working fine, but the power was not being supplied properly. Told me the fuses at the fuse box needed replacing. I asked him if it could be the plug in the wall as it had been moved with the water leak problem. He told me he could fix it, but didn't have time as he had other calls to make and he'd send an electrician. After he left, and I waited 6 hours for his electrical tech to show, I took the cover off the wall plug. One of the wires had come loose. I screwed the wire into the receptacle (after turning off the power), and the problem was solved. If he had bothered to take the time to do his job properly, he'd have solved my problem and I wouldn't resent the money I paid him for a job not done!!!!

For the love of God don’t use these people. Unless you want to be WAY overcharged. They will fix your issue but you will absolutely feel robbed. I was charged $209 to replace the tip of a wire. This tip or “terminal” when I looked online costs less than a dollar and He was at the house for 10 minutes and very obviously trying to stay longer lol. You might as well buy a new appliance before using these guys. Oh and I waited and was very nice and patient with them as I waited for them for 6 hours longer than I was supposed to. DO NOT DO IT.

Our refrigerator wasn’t working properly and we had a freezer full of food. I called a couple of repair places on Friday afternoon and no one would come on a Friday just before Labor Day. Then I remembered C&C had repaired an appliance a few years ago for me. I called them and they sent Dee out that same night. He was able to find the thermostat control we needed on another truck and was back the next day to install it. He was courteous and very efficient. I will definitely call on C&C the next time I need appliance repair!

This was the worst service experience I’ve had in recent memory, and the most surprising thing is how unapologetic they were through it all. The morning I called about our washing machine not working, they said they could come by later that morning. I called back around 3:30 after not hearing anything all morning. They said they hadn’t forgotten about me. Didn’t hear anything the rest of that day or the next. The third day they called to say they were coming between 10-12. The Tech that showed up looked at the washer for maybe 3 minutes. He didn’t test anything. Simply turned the machine on and watched it turn itself off which we’d described over the phone. He went out to his van, and came back with a $500 quote. He said the main board was bad and asked for payment for the $99 dollar service fee like he was in a hurry. I later called his supervisor who I had been “communicating” with. He was unapologetic and defended the quick diagnosis. Said they’re highly trained to be able to quickly diagnose issues. Turns out, I had an issue with my electrical circuit. Absolutely nothing wrong with my washer. We’ve run dozens of loads through it by simply plugging it into another outlet. I called the supervisor back again. Still not the least bit apologetic. He said he had to go but he’d call me back at the end of the day implying we’d work something out. Not surprisingly, he never called back. I hate that we gave them $100 for their terrible service call and ridiculous misdiagnosis, but I’m very glad I didn’t agree to the $500 main board quote. Who knows where things would have wound up since the issue was with the outlet. I would stay away from C&C Appliance Repair.

Chris is the absolute best in Nashville. As a property manager, I have relied on him countless times over the years for prompt and honest service. He can fix any appliance that can be fixed for a reasonable price, and he will also tell you if it can be fixed (or not worth it). Do yourself a favor and save his contact info now, you won’t regret it!!

I will give them 3 stars because they were great with my dryer repair. However, I have been waiting for almost 4 weeks now on a fridge repair. My appointment has been re-scheduled twice now because the part is not available. Note that I had to call the tech to find out what was happening since no one showed up in the day/time of the appointment. It seems like there is a big disconnect between the tech and the main office. If the part is not available and repair cannot be completed in the scheduled date/time, the client should be informed of the same AHEAD of time. The main office should be managing the communication between the client and the tech, but it appears they leave everything in the hands of the tech to figure out.

As a contractor, former roofer, and trade specialist, I was blown away by how professional Chris was. It was extremely refreshing to have an appliance guru solve my issue. I had several other appliance companies come out, diagnose what they thought was the problem; complete the repair, and still had a problem. He gave me insight on the longevity of my fridge and now have an honest go to guy for all my appliances for all of my rentals. Will refer him immediately to my network of people. Has been years since I have been excited to actually refer someone that knows his craft! Well done Chris!

Nov 2024 -- me from having to buy a new dishwasher. Replace the motor on my five-year-old dishwasher. The repair cost me half of what a new one would be.

Fibe years prior, the company was gracious enough to help me see that due to some special sales that were going on. It was better for me at that time to buy a new dishwasher rather than to let them repair it. They even helped me look online at the sales. Amazing!

Several years before that, I was coming unglued because my (19-year-old) dryer went out on a Saturday, six days before expecting guests. Chris worked me in within an hour, and diagnosed the problem. He had the part in by Monday and showed up at the appointed time. Not only did he do the repair but also cleaned out the whole undercarriage of dust and gunk-- for the price of one call and service--very reasonable. This company has me for life!

Painless, quick, and easy! They worked with me to have a technician out next-day and the repair was completed same-day at a great price! The tech Chris was super communicative and professional. They will be the first call I make if another appliance issue arises at any of our properties!

I had one of the most awkward customer service interactions I've ever had with their technician who came out to repair my GE countertop icemaker. The technician was helpful in diagnosing the issue, but once it became time to actually order and replace the part in need of repair, he 'mysteriously' couldn't load the site to find the part number. I was able to download the owners manual for the device and order the part; the entire time, he kept stating I'd just be better off to buy a new one and it wouldn't be worth his time to repair it. I was trying to be kind and helpful, but he clearly just did not want to do the work to repair the machine. He then just walked out without charging me for the service call or providing any documentation. I understand the difference between a professional recommendation to repair vs replace and someone who wasn’t interested in helping. The technician just…left. I wasn’t concerned about cost. I would prefer to repair something rather than replace it to avoid being wasteful, it's just how I was raised. It became very clear he didn't want to do the job, but the interaction was unnecessarily awkward. I never once complained about the price or the time; quite the opposite! I just wanted my beloved ice maker to work again and was willing to do what it takes. The team seems nice and knowledgable, I just hope other customers have better luck getting them to work on projects they actually want to do.

The part wasn't very expensive and I've got another technician set to install it Tuesday.
