Sam and Jacob was very informative in letting me know what they were doing step by step. They were at my home on time and called me before arriving, which I appreciated. I would definitely use them again!

Juan and his team showed up to answer my call for help and truly went above and beyond. They were all friendly and explained every step of the process. It’s no fun to need services like these, but I’m sure glad we found the group we did! They came in, moved the furniture and all the heavy things to remove as much water as possible and helped put our minds at ease throughout the process!

I’ve had the honor of getting to know Jason Trotter and his branch of Servpro for a little over a year now. I own a home improvement business and I have referred several emergency remediation projects to their team over the last year. Jason has always been quick to respond and I’ve received excellent feedback from my clients. There are certain situations in life that just can’t be dealt with properly without the right equipment, the right training, and the right personnel. So, Jason Trotter and his Servpro team are the right choice for me and they should be for you as well.

Desjuan was super helpful, and so quick to respond. A brand new washer I had just purchased was a lemon and flooded my downstairs. He was friendly and empathetic, his team got to work to remove all damaged flooring and baseboards. Excellent communication made it super convenient to come back and check on equipment around my working hours. Almost completely dried out now thanks to your guys, thought your company should know what an asset he is!

So not only did we have the unfortunate luck of having a grandmother with dementia pass away in December 2023, but then in February 2024 a pipe burst in her old house completely flooding the entire downstairs.

Let me tell you, my family was not ready for this stress on top of everything else we’ve been dealing with, we were not prepared as an understatement.

After doing some research, I didn’t have to look too far to find that Chris Burnett at Servpro was highly recommended.

After reaching out with them and State Farm, we started to get the ball rolling on repairs and mitigation.

I want to be completely honest I have not had to stress out about this one bit and this is surprising because I don’t need any more gray hairs. Of course Chris answers by saying hey Mr. Hoover because I call him way too much and ask him stupid questions, but he never judges me, and always breaks it down in the Laymans terms.

Honestly words can’t describe how appreciative I am of Chris I would absolutely recommend him and Servpro for any future occurrences me, or my family and friends have. Fingers crossed we don’t have to. Lol

Sam and his team were fantastic. They were on time, walked me through what they were doing and answered all of my questions. When finished they left the room spotless and ready for the next step. Servpro did a great job.

I had a leak in my bathroom that went undetected for five days. The water damage was extensive. The ServPro team came out assessed the damage and, working with my insurance company, immediately went to work cleaning up. They’re clean up team is amazingly professional and thorough. That team, especially the manager, Eddie, and the clean up team led by Dyllan were prompt and extremely friendly and professional, keeping me informed of every detail they were doing to eliminate my problem. These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of Hunter and Jeff during our recent water damage event. They communicated with me throughout the process, worked diligently, and were just overall friendly people. Grateful they came to our rescue!

The first floor of my condo needed the contents removed and stored. They were delivered back today. I experienced a pipe burst caused by freezing pipes during winter storm that swept the Southeast. ServPro responded as quickly as possible considering the circumstances. Throughout the process I appreciated working with Chris, Garrett, Kevin, and Anthony. Day one, Kevin and Anthony showed up on time, they explained the work they would be performing, asked if I had any questions, and proceeded with urgency. All were very knowledgeable in their trade and were able to answer all my questions, of which I had many. Chris, the Project Manager, kept me up to speed with status updates on a daily basis and was extremely thorough to ensure the work was being performed effectively and efficiently. Working with this team was such a pleasure; I would highly recommend their services!

Christian and Austin of Servpro were on time, very professional, explained the process, answered all our questions and did a fabulous job cleaning up our water issue caused by our water heater. Our neighbors were also impressed with them. These young men are the ones who give Servpro a great name. Thank you Christian and Austin! You made clean up a very pleasant experience.

This is an initial review; the work has not been completed, so I will update when completed (hence the 4/5 stars).
Following the insurance claim with travelers, I was initially contacted by ServPro on a Wednesday at noon before a holiday (4th of July) and was told they would call me back to schedule a time (same day) to make initial assessment. I wasn’t contacted again until the next day (I lost the opportunity to work on other things to include errands). However, the next day I was contact and was a little frustrated with the lack of communication the previous day. However, the tech who came out to work on the house called ahead of time and was amazing. Christian not only apologized for the delay in communication (didn’t seem it was his responsibility but he owned it for the company) and also demonstrated a higher level of service, professionalism and positive attitude. He and his coworker quickly prepped the house and followed up the next day for basic demo (washer flooded a second floor hallway and ceiling of dining area below). They came did what they said they would do and will be following up in a few days. I’ll give 5 stars if the company follows up with promised service. I do commend Christian for his service and attitude.

Very thankful for the quality of work by these gentleman. They were very respectful of my home and extremely professional in everything they needed to do after the bathroom flooded.
