Constraction reviews in Nashville, Tennessee

I've used this company for ten years and sadly I will not use them in the future. They do not stand behind their work. I'm finished with being billed twice for the same job because it wasn't done correctly the first time. This company is not a good choice for dependable service anymore.

My experience with the Carpentry Department has been extremely positive. Quality and Customer Satisfaction are clearly the main focus. Jobs are always done with integrity, and when completed left clean.

Driver was in all lanes yesterday. Then was aggressive after I honked and thru up my hands at him.
Year later. Couple weeks ago while it was raining. Another driver for them came by me speeding. Thought to myself he is going to wreck. Couple miles later he was in a ditch. -
In Smyrna, TN at Lee Victory/Almaville Rd. intersection on 09/06/2023 at 2:50 PM, Company’s van (CP License plate# 6053), driven by white male, recklessly and negligently cut me off. While I was driving in the left turning lane, the driver improperly merged from right lane despite white, solid line prohibiting him to merge over, as lane’s entrance had been missed by company’s driver. Despite my car being adjacent to the company van as I was attempting to turn left, the driver aggressively forced himself into the left turning lane, despite not having clearance, prompting me to go into the median to avoid collision. He attempted to incite fear, as though he was going to hit my car to get in front. Once I honked my horn to alert him of his error, he honked his horn back. Based on the driver’s reckless, arrogant attitude and behavior being representation of business practices, I would avoid.

Tell your employees NOT to block loading docks! Obviously common sense is lacking. If ground crew is lacking it's not a stretch to assume the rest of them are the same. 9-5-25

I just witnessed these guys trim brush around an entire commercial property over by food lion and load it into their trucks only to go back to along the same areas they trimmed and dump everything back into those areas they trimmed instead of piling it up by the road for the city to pick up. This is a codes violation. They need to go back and retrieve all that trash and debris they dumped back onto the property into an area that the city cannot reach it for proper disposal.

Ordered a new front door in early May 2013. The Home Depot contractor came out and collected incorrect measurements. Door arrived late and allegedly damaged.
Determined that it was not damaged and installer was to arrive two days ago. It didn't happen. Second installer was to arrive today and did not. I have had to make multiple trips to store to get the status and to micro manage them to coordinate installers.
The installation manager and his employee of the second group of all installers are pointing fingers at each other on why it was not installed. The installers are independent contractors and are horrific.
I was initially being helped by the store manager, but he left the store to run personal errands outside of the store. I have been sitting at the front desk for hours.
At Home Depot, the customer does not matter. Go to Lowes!!!!!
