Before this project my shower look terrible my contractor put caulk and empty spot even though he steamed and sealed it. I had within 8 to 10 months after that project developed really bad mold. Sir Grout Nashville did a great job taking care of it putting grout there and everywhere across sealed it up steamed it. They communicate well and highly recommend!

We were in need of a master bathroom refresh to get our home on the market. Sir Grout worked us in quickly, and they did not disappoint, as our master bath looks like it is new. I would defintely recommend them for any future projects.

After an initial glitch getting some questions answered after receiving our initial estimate, we are very pleased with the work performed by Chris and Hunter, and the process and scheduling was great. Chris at Sir Grout did an awesome job walking my house and providing an estimate. He pointed out things the tile installers left off or had worn away. Chris and his team were easy to work with, when I had to make some changes to the schedule due to a family emergency, he gladly moved some dates around and was able to accommodate.
Daniel worked in my home in May and again in July, along with Chris. He did an excellent job. Very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Both Chris and Daniel really know what they are doing.
My marble floors have never looked as good as they do now, even at install.

Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of working with Sir Grout, and I cannot say enough good things about their service. Their technician, Joe, arrived right on time to perform a deep restoration clean on our master bedroom walk in shower before we moved out of our rental home. Although the shower wasn’t in bad shape, we wanted to leave it spotless for the homeowners who were moving back in.

From the moment Joe arrived, his professionalism and demeanor stood out. He was punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process before getting started. He then spent over three and a half hours meticulously cleaning, restoring, and sealing every surface, grout lines, tiles, and all.

When he finished, we were absolutely stunned. The shower looked brand new, as if it had never been used before. The tiles gleamed, the grout lines were crisp and bright, and the entire space felt fresh and renewed. It was truly remarkable workmanship.

I completely regret not taking before and after photos, as we were in the middle of moving out and didn’t think to do it, but honestly, no written review could ever do Joe’s work true justice. The transformation was that impressive.

Overall, we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Joe’s dedication, skill, and attention to detail reflect the exceptional quality that defines Sir Grout. I damaged my marble shower my using an acidic cleaner. It etched and stained the tile. Needless to say, it made me sick. I called a tile company to see if it could be repaired. The company stated they could only tear it out and redo it. They also checked with another company to see if they could repair by sanding, but it was a no go. I was devasted. The cost would have been very expensive. Soon after, I received a "Home Concepts" magazine in the mail. I saw Sir Grout's advertisement and gave them a call. At that point, I had nothing to lose. It was the best call I ever made! My damaged shower is now beautiful again!!! The work they did is nothing less than amazing, and their customer service is impeccable. I Highly recommend Sir Grout.

Sir Grout was fantastic all throughout our process. It was not that our grout and shower were particularly bad, but we were having to clean it often due to a blockage that was causing pooled water underneath the grout. Chris (owner) came in and diagnosed the issue immediately and recommended a great long term solution that other grout folks did not consider. Michael came in and worked diligently to get the work done on time and they came back later to touch up the color at their suggestion. I strongly recommend using Sir Grout Nashville for any issues related to your grout. My only criticism is that we refer to them as Sir Groutsalot, which feels like a better name than just Sir Grout, but you can't have everything.
