Our guest room flooded. We used this room for storage and the place was a mess. Matt Seay and his team provided me with a plan, a financial proposal, and a time line. They were extremely professional, efficient, and delivered on every promise. Hopefully this will never happen again, but if so SERVPRO will be the first call I make.

Ryan Dixon was very thorough and helpful for my insurance claim. I live out of state but the photos of the project completion for my rental property look good. I highly recommend using SERVPRO.

I have water damage and a current pipe leak. I contacted this company last Thursday and again Friday, each time promised a timely response, and have received no contact is of the next Wednesday. if they don’t want business they shouldn’t promise a response

After our A/C unit leaked behind a closet wall, I got multiple bids for both remediation and repairs. Servpro’s pricing came in mid-range and they handled everything start to finish. The process was quick and stress-free, and our space now looks exactly as it did before the leak. Special thanks to Ryan and his team, when I called to schedule repairs, they came the very next day and did excellent work.

Servpro was quick to set up dehumidifiers in my house after a tree fell through the roof. They made sure the walls were dry and no mode was growing. They arranged for safe asbestos removal in the ceilings and walls. They worked well with my insurance company. They were very professional.

We had a small fireplace blunder that left the whole house filled with a terrible smoke smell 3 days before a Christmas party! I called several companies but ServPro was the only company that showed up and quickly made a plan and executed it flawlessly! Matt so knowledgeable and set such clear expectations and then delivered on everything he promised! Flor and her cleaning team were so exceptional and thorough that I will now be using them at least once a year for a deep house clean! I am blown away by how quickly they remediated my stinky house! Now it smells fresh and clean! I’m so very grateful and will be a customer for life!!!

Johnathan and Yelmy came this week to handle mitigation and treatment in my kitchen after a faucet leak. They removed the affected cabinets and sink. Then, they treated the area with antimicrobial spray. They connected the really loud fans to help dry the area. I needed to keep them on for about 48 hours. The cost was affordable.

My only criticism is the communication could have been better-both with me and with the various departments involved. I didn't get a phone call from anyone to let me know the date of treatment changed. Nor did I get a call when they were on their way since they arrived earlier than scheduled. However, after expressing the concern with the office, that was remedied.

I am relieved that the cleanup process is over because it was stressful(and the fans are extremely loud). Thanks to Johnathan and Yelmy for being knowledgeable and helpful. If you have a mold issue, I would recommend Servpro.

Matt and Flor were fantastic to work with. The results were beyond what we expected. They transformed our house from a catastrophic mess to better than it had ever been before. They completed the work far quicker than we expected with great results. We would highly recommend them and this Servcor location.

I can not say good enough things about the people at Servpro. Having never been in a fire before, I didn't know what I was in for. Servpro came in and put me at ease. They were so quiet and considerate of my Mom who has advanced Dementia, you would have never known they were there. Ryan handled all the drywall and kitchen repairs and completed a beautiful bathroom remodel. Excellent communication, reliable, and great quality work from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I mistakenly used ServPro to fix water damage from a leaking roof, mainly based on the numerous positive reviews. Either they are fake or most people simply don't inspect this location's work. We used two separate crews and even spoke with the owner - unfortunately the mismanagement and lack of professionalism permeates this entire entity.

We initially agreed a scope of work and protocol that included minimizing exposure from the mold-exposed room to the rest of the house. The protocol was completely ignored by the first crew - they failed to wear any PPE, didn't cover air vents in the room, didn't put down any floor covering and even carried out open ripped garbage bags with moldy drywall. As I stood in the driveway watching, I asked one of the crew if the obviously-ripped bag was leaking and he looked me straight in the eyes and said no!

At that point I called the office and requested a replacement crew and an air scrubber outside of the room to mitigate the broken containment. ServPro didn't seem the least surprised or phased by my request and they agreed. I was promised a new "A-Team" who would "treat my house like it was their own." This group failed to remove the ceiling drywall (even though it was stained) and took out only a tiny portion of the sub-floor even though the rest was clearly damaged and had been marked for removal. I was consistently told the job was "done" and had to keep reminding them of the actual scope of the project. This group too failed to wear any PPE as I have pictures of them working in normal clothes through the window.

The crew was unable to remove a window jamb so we asked a carpenter to do so. ServePro then agreed to clean behind this area. The final straw before we ultimately fired the crew was when they told us the room was ready for inspection after cleaning the window area. They not only didn't clean the area, they left moldy wood on the floor. This job was in no way complete and ready for inspection and the crew chief had lied to us by saying it was. We ultimately fired ServPro due to the damages they caused in this room and throughout the entire home by breaking mold containment.

I would urge you to please choose another company and certainly another location if you want professional mold remediation. This group is at best incompetent and at worst un-professional.

Following a fairly significant water leak in my home, I called Servpro for help. Their service from mitigation thru restoration and then evolving into renovation was top notch. Everyone who came to my home (and there were many) was polite, respectful of my space and completed quality work. When I decided to include a complete renovation of my space flooring, bathroom and kitchen, I worked with Austin Jordan and his skilled crew. I can’t say enough about his responsiveness and attention to every question and request I made. I look forward to working with him on my next project in the future.

The day before Thanksgiving I discovered mold on my bathroom floor. I called Rob Dixon of ServPro and he sent a team out immediately. Thank you Cody, Owen, and Gage. They discovered 4-6 inches of standing water in a 15' by 15" area under the house from an unknown leak which was causing floorboards to warp in 3 rooms and mold in the crawlspace. Immediately they placed fans and blowers to triage the situation before the holidays. On Monday, team members led by restoration supervisor Eljay White returned to conduct moisture readings throughout the home and in the crawl space. When he saw they were still high, additional air movers were added along with drying mats, infrared heating panels, etc. The leak was found on a faulty hose and replaced.

Eljay, Marianangel and Maryan continued to return over the next week monitoring each room as well as repeatedly vacuuming and spraying an antimicrobial serum on the affected subfloor in the crawl space.

When they discovered the readings were still above acceptable drying standards, they removed the drying mats and air movers in the bedroom and dining room and tented over the hardwood floors to create a more efficient drying chamber. Additionally, they rearranged and added equipment in the bathroom to improve heat distribution. Finally, they added a "Firebird" heat system in the crawl space along with additional air movers and a dehumidifier to increase circulation to accelerate evaporation.

Eljay, Marianangel, and Maryan were incredibly thorough each time they came even though they were often working long hours into the night answering other emergencies. Still, they returned here early the next morning to follow up on progress here. When they realized that they would have to tent the dining area, they called other team members Joseph and Yeimy who were just getting off work to come out and assist them in helping me move the china cabinet and all of its contents so they could tent the area for 4 days.

When they returned this morning to evaluate the equipment efficiency and check moisture levels readings in 3 rooms and crawl space, I had a dance party as all moisture readings confirmed that all floors and subfloors had successfully reached drying standards. Mitigation was officially complete. Why the dance--not only are we a few weeks away from Christmas but in 3 weeks I have a child getting married. Their timeliness and thorough work and concern prevented us from having to rip out floors in 3 rooms. To say I am immensely grateful is an understatement.

Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough about ServPro and how Rob Dixon runs this branch. Nor can I express my gratitude enough to Eljay White, Marianangel and Maryan for their diligence, care, and the joy in which they served our family.

Great service always. We've had Sir Grout work on our master showers in multiple homes and they've always done an amazing job in a timely manner. Both Chris and Joe have given us tips on how to keep our grout looking its best. Friendly and professional!

Sir Grout repaired ceramic tile in our master bath and kitchen and did an excellent job. First they surveyed the areas needing repair and provided a cost of the work and proposed a date of service. They followed up on time and did a thorough and professional job for the cost they had proposed. Both Chris and Collin were courteous and professional. My wife and I highly recommend Sir Grout for anyone needing repair of ceramic tile.

The grout in our kitchen was cracking in multiple places, and now it looks brand new! Our grout is now perfect and our floors are sparkling clean. The people at Sir Grout are friendly and professional. We are so happy with our decision to choose them.

Sir grout was awesome from the estimating, and quoting process through completion of the project. Very professional throughout, did a great job and kept everything very clean covered and cleaned up at completion. The work looked awesome would definitely use them again and recommend highly. They re-grouted in two of our bathrooms and replaced a large cracked tile and a marble threshold in one, great work.

We have had an outstanding experience with the owner, Chris. Our first project was just completed, and we were so pleased (Joe, our technician was so professional and a master at his craft), that we have now decided to have Sir Grout do the rest of our bathrooms. The results were beyond our expectations, and we believe we have made a wise investment in our home. This has been such a positive experience, and we look forward to having them in our home for the future maintenance over the years to come. I have had my tile floor in my kitchen cleaned twice now over 2 years. It’s just wonderful to have my floor clean and looking like new.
