Red 99-03 f150 always drives around middle Tennessee. LITERALLY every time I see it,trash is blowing out of the bed. Company needs to be more professional about trash storage and/or bid contracts with a dumpster in mind. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to the communities that keep their business going. Do better.

We interviewed Waterscapes (and other pool builders) and chose Waterscapes for their creative and thoughtful approach in collaborating with us on the perfect pool design that would blend with our natural surroundings. After we came up with the design, Waterscapes took us through the permitting and construction process. My contact during both at Waterscapes was John Botteicher. He was extremely responsive and professional. The finished product exceeded our expectations - so much so that we retained John and Waterscapes to construct a recirculating stream in front of our house. After they built our luxury pool three years ago, we brought them back to design a custom fire pit area in our woods. While other companies gave us the runaround because the project was 'too small,' Lee and his team treated us like a million-dollar resort client. I had an insurance claim for my roof due to storm damage and had never filed a claim before and did not know how to do it. Bill Ragan came to my home and looked at the roof himself. He told me how to file the claim and did most of the communicating with the insurance company himself. My claim was approved by the insurance company, and Bill Ragan made the process so easy. The roofing crew showed up when Bill Ragan said they would and did an outstanding job over the two-day period of installation. I would certainly use this company again. It is so refreshing to work with an honest and friendly company. I am so glad I called Bill Ragan.

I had already had a good experience using Bill Ragan for a roof repair two years prior to a neighbor's 200 year old Oak tree falling onto my roof during the derecho we experienced in May, 2020. Not only was Bill responsive immediately, in what I'm sure was a very busy time for him, he was also prompt in dealing with the insurance claim. There was never a time lag between our communications. He was happy to personally install three different shingle samples, not only once, but twice, in order to help with my decision. His crew was very professional and left my property spotless. They were very professional and very prompt, and the job was done in the timeframe that was laid out for us in the beginning. The crew was very respectful of our property, and did a great job cleaning up at the end of every workday.

Bill Ragan roofing installed our roof 15-years ago. We recently had a problem with a loose gutter which caused some damage. We asked Ragan to look at it. They said it might’ve been caused by something they did at the time of installation Consequently, they did the repairs at no cost to us. Understand this was 15-years after the installation. We were expecting a repair cost of several thousand dollars, but Ragan took responsibility and fixed the problem free of charge. We cannot recommend anyone more highly for their integrity and workmanship.

Worst roofing company Ive ever used. They seem nice but their workers used the bathroom in my yard and even left beer cans in the bushes!! Will never recommend.

If you are curious who to use, you have come to the right place. Bill and his crew are amazing. Bill came to our house himself to do the estimate, which was very fair! Not only did they give us a better roof design over our enclosed patio but they did various other patches throughout that we needed while they were here. Communication and work were all excellent!!!

We had several roofing companies come out to provide a quote and we ended up with Bill Ragan's roofing company and we can't be more pleased! They were the most expensive quote (but let's be honest, when you are paying for a roof what's a little extra for a lot more piece of mind?) but the professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer support is priceless.

The team came on time and the roof was completed in one day. My husband and I both work from home and we were able to continue to work all day despite the roofing noise.

Recently we decided to sell the house and an overly ambitious inspector decided to use a drone and not a ladder to "inspect" the roof. When he came back with concerns that were clearly not correct, Bill himself came over, inspected, took photos, and proved the inspector wrong. Bill and his team are dedicated to making sure Nashville has the strongest and best roofs possible.

They are the best! Bill came out the morning we were having work done and introduced himself. He explained everything in detail. The workers worked nonstop until the job was done. Dennis was amazing as well. Very personable and knowlegeable. He came by and checked on the progress through out the day. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

Bill, staff, and installation crew were as competent and professional as we could have hoped for. My wife and I are extremely pleased with not only the work but the product as well.

The biggest concerns I had was the clean-up of the old roofing material and working around my existing solar panels. Neither concern was justified as they worked around both solar panel removal and reinstallation and inclement weather conditions. As far as post installation cleanup, it was stellar!
