I recently updated my kitchen and two bathrooms and it was a very large project that we were nervous to take on, but with the comfort and help of Anthony with nextgen we were rest assured that it was gonna be a easy and speedy process in which we did run into complications and have things happen throughout the project, but overall was outstanding. Communication was great always saved us a dollar he’s not necessarily the cheapest around, but his quality makes up for the price. And he’s just a guy in a company that you can really count on and even all of his crew members he has a really respectful and really want to give you the best quality and service so I’ll have to say for all my residential needs. I will be going to Next Gen home improvement.

NextGen Home Improvement is the best company we've ever used, and I couldn't recommend them enough. Anthony is absolutely amazing!!! So communicative, on-time, and professional. They truly care about the work they do and making sure it's done right. They made sure everything was secure in my home, and even made sure I didn't have to worry about my pets getting out. So glad we discovered this company. They also make sure they keep everything clean and orderly, which is hard to find in most contracting companies. They show up on time and finish on time, which helps a lot when it comes to having a busy schedule. This company is 10/10.

I had such a great experience working with NextGen Home Improvement & Handyman Services! Anthony is excellent!! He recently installed an EV charger in my garage and did an amazing job. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and made sure everything was done safely and up to code. The install was clean and efficient, and he even walked me through how to use it and made sure it worked properly afterward, which I really appreciated. He has also done some light repairs in my home and installed flood lights that have worked like a charm since!!

I highly recommend him for any handyman work—especially if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. Very efficient, clean, great communicator, and honest!

Being in the home construction industry for over 30 years now has allowed me to work with many different home builders from new homes to major renovations. I know the difference between a low quality builder and a very high end builder. Lotus is at the top of the list when it comes to quality. They have put together an excellent team. Every one of their project managers knows how a job site should be run and how to deliver on the clients expectations.. Their attention to detail is top notch and it shows on every single project they have worked on. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid Contractor when considering building a new home or renovating an existing home.

We have had a multi-year, multi-project relationship with Lotus Building Group. When we moved to Franklin, we asked our realtor for a contractor recommendation. She referred us to Lotus. Lotus had previously renovated her home and several others in our area. I would not be surprised to learn that many of their projects have come from referrals by satisfied customers.
Our first project, in April 2022, involved updating the electrical, installing attic insulation, and other cosmetic improvements. The second project, a complete kitchen update with new cabinets, flooring, and appliances, was completed in December 2024. Both projects were finished on time and within budget.
Later this year, we will update our primary bathroom with Lotus. We have found them very easy to work with and we also appreciate their professionalism, respectfulness of our home, and the hard work of their personnel. We recommend Lotus for your consideration when choosing a company for your home project.
