This crew was amazing to work with! I went to leave a review on Thumbtack and noticed a recent (negative) review of this company--which was wildly unfair and inaccurate. They accused the company of taking advantage of the elderly—which speaks to their intention and has no basis. The screenshots they posted do not support their claims but rather support the company’s integrity. They also claimed to have "hired" Esha Exteriors, but were mad about the quote they got so never ended up hiring them. Please do your research before writing them off. They are a local company with a great mission. If only customers could be reviewed!

Esha Exteriors has been great through the whole process of revamping my back area. We had wonky pavers and a serious tree root situation so a deck wasn’t tenable. Sumant worked with me on design ideas and respected my budget the entire way, always giving me multiple options. After the crew did the work, there were a few details I didn’t end up loving. They were responsive, attentive, and came back out to make it right—making sure I loved the finished project. This is a big deal. We LOVE our new space! Will post photos later when I get my stuff set up :)

This team did an amazing job on our covered patio. We had quite a few quotes on this project, and ultimately went with Esha Exteriors due to the other positive reviews they got here and across the web.
We wanted our 19x19 concrete patio covered, and gave them a few reference designs. They took that and built us something better than we could even imagined. They managed the entire project from start to finish - arc, hoa approval, permitting, inspections, electrical work, and construction. They were very easy to work with and their communication was excellent. They were super flexible when we asked for some small changes.

The job included:
- Gable-style roof over the patio
- Cedar-wrapped framing and posts
- 5 x 120v and 2 x 240v outlets
- 4 can lights
- Ceiling fan install

I couldn't recommend this company enough. I've attached some before after pictures of the project. (Ignore the pool mess, that's a different project/company).
