Christian provided outstanding customer service - great communication, quick response times, took time to answer all of my questions, recommended the perfect color for the new metal roof and was present at the site each day to monitor progress. The entire crew was polite, courteous and hardworking. They worked from sun-up to sundown to remove the old shingles and install the new roof in 3 short, very cold, winter days just before Christmas. At the end of each day, the entire job site was spotless - not a trace of roofing materials anywhere. The entire process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend The Metal Roofers to anyone looking for a new metal roof.

Mitch, the owner of The Metal Roofers, came to my home to listen to my needs and expectations. He carefully explained his product and answered all my questions. I was pleased to find that his metal roof was competitively priced and within my means. His crew came on time as scheduled. I found them to be very professional and highly skilled. My roof has a lot of angles and required a lot of detailed trim work. It took two and a half days to complete. Although this was longer than estimated, my price was exactly as agreed. I'm very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend that you consider Mitch and his team for all your roofing needs.

Highly recommend The Metal Roofers. Had a new roof and gutters installed. From the first meeting with Mitch, through the final walk around, he was professional and great to work with. Explained the whole process to me, showed me the quality materials he uses and what some other folks use for comparison. Pricing was great, and the warranties were a big selling point to myself as well. They were able to get my roof done in one day and put the gutters on the next. My roof was a smaller job, but the crew was very fast, professional, kind, and the quality of the install really shows. My experience with the metal roofers company was excellent and I cannot recommend them enough. Mitchel was really kind and explained the process to us without pressuring us into an immediate decision. These folks knew what they were doing and treated us amazing throughout the entire process. The team got in and did the job quickly and efficiently. They went above and beyond cleaning up afterward, also.

We have had such a hard time with getting any good work done on our complicated 100+ year old victorian home and wasted thousands on work from companies that couldn’t fix our problem with our roof so the fact that they did this job in about three days and solved it made us very happy.

The team was amazing and we are so grateful to now have a beautiful functional tin roof on our old home. And so relieved to know it is also guaranteed. We have had no issues with the rain or the snow that has fallen since its completion. I would recommend the metal roofers to anyone because of the quality of work and the professional service. Will always recommend the metal roofers to friends and family, they made my new roof installation easy and stress free. They came out to review the project only days after I called them and were able to quote me a price that same day. I have a 1450 sqft home single story and they were able to finish the project from removing old metal and installing the new roof in one day. Wow! I'm not one who writes a lot of reviews, but when service and products are superior, I like to spread the word. The Metal Roofers were great. I had an addition to our house that needed a metal roof to match. Not huge, but 50+ feet across. Mitch was timely, professional and great to work with. Interestingly, when the crew arrived (on-time) on the day of installation, the materials being delivered (from another company) got delivered to the wrong address. Ha. But the Metal Roofer team hung around, got it re-delivered, and knocked out the project on-time, and well done at that. I was expecting the install to get delayed a day or two, but they kept at it. Much appreciated. And the quality is exceptional and we are very pleased. No reason for us to ever look elsewhere when a need like this comes up for us in the future. Thanks Mitch and team.

The Metal Roofers are second to none! I had a roof that was in bad shape and had been patched a multitude of times. It became urgent that my roof be replaced. They were so helpful in explaining what they would be doing and their timeliness was incredible. They started the roof within 2 weeks after signing a contract and were finished in 1.5 days! After they finished, the cleaned up all of the debris from the roof replacement. It was so clean, as if they had never been there! I am so very impressed with this company, their communication and their service.

Mitch, from The Metal Roofers, and his team are AMAZING! They got our roof, gutters and storm damage completed in just 1 day! Mitch came back and checked the work and made sure that there was no trash on the ground that could harm our 4 kids! We had the Metal Roofers come out to put a new roof on our new home. The experience was the same has before. Mitch ones again took good care of us. He treated us more like a family. The crew did a fantastic job and they were fast in getting the job done. Ones again the experience was great and always fun doing business with them.

We bought our home in 2017, replaced the ceiling because of black mold. When that was getting done, the crew noticed the roof was sweating. We paid a roofer and engineer to come out to figure out the problem. We were told it was fixed. At the end of last summer when we had a new couch put in place. We noticed drops of water on it. That's right, still sweating. So we looked outside of our area and found The Metal Roofers to replace our roof. They found the issues that was causing the roof to sweat and they corrected it! We haven't had any sweating! We highly recommend The Metal Roofers! Shout out to our contact guy Jacob, he went above and beyond. He stayed in contact letting us know each step! The Metal Roofers completed our metal roof and gutters this week. We are very pleased with the work that was done. Shout out to both Christian, Jacob and the roofing crew and the gutter crew for all of their hard work. The communication was excellent and all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. When you make a decision to getting your roof replaced, you want a company you can trust to complete the job. I'm very glad we made the right choice to have the Metal Roofers replace our roof.

I do not normally give 5 stars out as I believe everything can be better. However, I could not in good conscience lower their score on Google reviews. They are great from start to finish. I will echo a lot of what others on here are saying which probably means it is accurate. Great Crew. Easy to work with. Quality product. very respectful of the property. We got the aluminum shingles and the install is fantastic we are very pleased even had a couple of rain events after install and we think it might actually be a bit more quiet than the asphalt shingles we had before. It handled the recent snow as we got done with the install the day before and we can not thank the team for working very hard to achieve that goal. ***Update*** the post install assistance with insurance was non-existent. Absolutely no help at all. The install crew was top notch. The insurance team is below zero stars. It took me a full year to navigate the insurance side and supply them with all the necessary information to recoup the funds.

We previously had one of those door to door sales roofing companies come by and what they told us about our roof just seemed sketchy. So I started researching other companies and choose The Metal Roofers based on their reviews and experience. We were able to get on the schedule for an estimate rather quickly. When Christian arrived he was very professional and patient with us as we discussed all the options. At no point did we feel pressured to make a purchase and we were giving ample time to discuss and determine what was best for our needs. Once we decided to get the new roof, it was maybe a two week wait, if that. The installation was finished in one day, the clean up was impressive. I haven't found any debris or nails laying around. I highly recommend this company because of their professionalism, knowledge and experience with metal roofing.

Great product, poor communication.

We selected The Metal Roofers after getting three separate quotes (one high, two in the same ballpark) for a metal roof. On the front end, The Metal Roofers were very communicative and answered our questions very quickly. Once we signed the contract, however, we were less than satisfied with communication and it was a struggle to get answers on anything from our project manager.

I would like to preface this by saying that the installers were great and the installation went smoothly. The roof looks great and as far as keeping out the weather: so far, so good.

Customer Service: I'm generally easygoing and because I work in the construction industry, I understand that things get busy and don't always go according to plan. However, we're first time homeowners and a new roof is a huge purchase, there is a basic level of communication I expect. It took about two weeks to get any certainty on the installation schedule (both start time and project duration), despite being told someone would be over within 48 hours to take measurements and schedule us. There were several instances of unanswered questions (text messages/calls), and a few times of saying something would happen the next day or two and it not happening for a week or more and only happening because I prompted them after a few days. There was one small aesthetic issue (fluid-applied sealant on our chimney not being flush with the mortar joint on the brick) that they agreed to correct during the final walkthrough in mid-November. It took at least two follow up emails to get that responded to (at least 4 weeks from walkthrough to correction).

We had a fire and are rebuilding our house. We felt a metal roof would add to the design and chose The Metal Roofers over several other vendors. Their work was exemplary!!! It was a pleasure working with Christian and the others. The roof is beautiful and we are extremely pleased with it.

Top shelf service from a top tier company. With a service as costly as a roof replacement you expect everyone involved to take it very seriously. They did just that, the sales representative Christian was a pleasure to deal with and the crew worked fast and clean. I couldn't be happier with my new roof.

Definitely recommend The Metal Roofers. Christian and the whole team were great to work with. I own a small commercial building in Clarksville Tn. I had been patching small roof leaks for several years. When the recent flood hit I had another leak and decided it was time to stop the bleeding. There was no way I could afford a new commercial roof. I came across Metal Roofers and asked them to take a look. They done a thorough inspection, presented me with pictures and drone footage of my problem areas and presented me with an affordable plan to rid me of my problems. Work was finished in a timely manner and did not disrupt my daily business in any way. Very pleased. Thank you Christian and the whole team. Hope I never need them again but if I do I will definitely call them.

I had a fairly large job, I needed the roof of my house replaced and the roof on my pole barn as well. I had several roofing contractors out in the past, and none left me with a "warm fuzzy" feeling that they were competent.
To make matters worse, the original roof was poorly installed and leaked in several places, so I was careful in selecting a contractor to do the work.
I was keen to find a company that knew the ins and outs of metal roofing, particularly as the roof on my house had some complicated features. (Multiple dormers and valleys to contend with)
The team came out and began work when promised. The crew was hard working and clearly skilled. They worked from sunup to sundown every day of the project. They did their best to clean up after they were finished (Lets be honest, its impossible to get it all, especially with all the leaves falling right now, but they used magnet wands several times every day).
The foreman was top notch. The company managers and owners came out to check on progress throughout the project and to ensure we were satisfied with the results. (I know others who you'll never see again after the job is done)
They even left me some material to do a small project on my own.
I cant be happier with the results and firmly recommend The Metal Roofers - The name says it all.
