The Kingston Group recently completed projects at my house related to HVAC duct problems, a wet crawl space, and a large covered deck needing to be rebuilt. They were professional, responsive, thoughtful regarding scope and price, and did a good job. I would highly recommend them.

We hired The Kingston Group to manage a rehabilitation project necessitated by extensive water intrusion issues in our home. We had previously attempted to remediate the issues managing and utilizing our own hired subcontractors, but we quickly discovered we needed more help and expertise than originally thought. Eduardo Esparza was assigned to our project, and to this day, his positive attitude and “we will take care of it” refrain have kept us very satisfied with their work. The water damage to our home was significant, and we believe we made the right decision in hiring TKG to take on our project. The rehabilitation of our home was an enormous challenge that required more skill, ingenuity, and hard work than anyone thought at the onset. Exceptional contractor! We did our homework and met with multiple contractors and finally decided upon The Kingston Group. Absolutely NO regrets. Nathan our Project Manager was the epitome of professionalism and attention to detail. We cannot endorse The Kingston Group high enough!

The Kingston Group was hired to remove a load-bearing wall that blocked off my kitchen and my living room. The team did a fantastic job and kept me informed in my project. This was an excellent test to see how they will do for future projects I have planned. I would defiantly consider hiring them again.

The Kingston Group rebuilt an exterior wall of an addition at a rental house. The workman were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jacob Boone was the project manager. He diagnosed the problem, priced our project fairly and always responded to our questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend The Kingston Group.

The Kingston Group did a fabulous job on our kitchen remodel as well as the addition of our outdoor patio and fire pit, and deck remodel! They were so easy and fun to work with and truly made it an enjoyable experience for my husband and I! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and making sure the project got done in time for our friends to visit.

If ever I had or get a home it'd be Kingston Group I'd go contact to do any job, simply because of the display of heart I saw around 6:30 this morning. I was exiting the highway (40W) and one of their trucks stopped at the light where homeless usually sit. No one was out yet. The man driver jumped out and went to the backseat to retrieve a few bags of groceries and sat them in the grassy area for whoever would come later. Way to show compassion for those around you. This is the type of company I'd wanna spend money with.

The Kingston Group is a company I highly recommend. They showed that they are professional, Knowledgeable, and the finished product is incredible! I recommend this company to anyone who is needing to remodel an exiting space or adding square footage to a current home. I absolutely love my master suite / master bath that they added to my ranch style home that had no ‘true’ master originally. This add on We have enjoyed so much but it also added value to our home if we choose to sell in the future. (Although I don’t want to move now). We also added a playroom, drop off zone and new separate laundry room. I can’t express in words how happy I was with the entire process. I was new to construction world and quite honesty a little nervous about it all but their team treated me with respect and helped me make decisions that I now love. The sub contractors were skilled and professional and the in house Designer (Haley) was a dream to work with. She met with us and got a feel of our likes and dislikes and when it came time choose our tile, back splash, flooring etc. she had three options for me to choose from. This took away the fear and the overwhelming decisions because she is talented and I always loved one if not more of her picks! Again, if you are reading this review please call The Kingston Group today and set up a consultation with their team, and take it from me, you will not be disappointed!

This company overcharges 3X - 4X what other contractors in the area charge. Shop around and save yourself a boatload of money. And to the person from Kingston Group who responds to this review, spare everyone from your smarmy and condescending remarks. Your company knows exactly what it is doing.

The Kingston Group is an awesome group of people to work with! They are organized, qualified, skilled and talented....and most importantly, they are wonderful, kind, caring people! Our renovation went smoothly right from the start. Haley is a wonderful designer and organized our shopping and planning carefully and made the process fun. Nathan is great, contentious project manager...on the job everyday and communicating always! Robbie and Rickie run a terrific company! It is rare that you find a company that cares about you and your family as much as every member of this company cared for us throughout the process. They were also under budget and on time and our renovation is fantastic

TKG helped us finish/fix a very large remodel started by another builder. TKG, especially project manager Nathan Forrester, had great suggestions for solutions to issues, excellent communication with the daily updates and at least weekly on site meetings, was very responsive to all our questions/concerns. Before starting , we spent a few months in planning stage which paid off bc it allowed them to follow their timeline perfectly. The quality of the work was superb. We highly recommend the Kingston Group if you are considering a remodel.

The Kingston Group is dependable and reasonably priced. I had a tree fall on my house and they were there the same day helping me repair my house. I gave the project manager a key to my house and never worried about them being in the house while I was at work. I like contractors I can trust in my home, trust to do good work and trust to finish the job on time. The Kingston Group meets all of my criteria and I will use them again.

My daughter just wrapped up her custom home project with TKG. We just adored her project manager, Eduardo. Before she even chose to work with them, we had stopped one day to see the progress of one of her neighbors new builds. Little did we know that The Kingston Group was building that home as well and Eduardo was so sweet to give us a tour of the home on the spot. I was thrilled to find out he would be heading up my daughter’s project as well. We feel she was in excellent hands and would absolutely use Eduardo for any future projects should he be available.

The Kingston Group is incredible to work with. They built our home before we moved into it and we have had 0 issues in the 2 years we’ve been in our home. It’s beautifully designed and the quality is great. We recently hired them again to remodel our fireplace. They got back to us quickly with a reasonable quote, remained in close communication every step of the way, and we ended up with a beautiful fireplace. We highly recommend this talented, professional, and responsive team!

It's been a couple of years since we worked with Kingston Group to do a handful of remodeling projects around our house. They helped us rework our kitchen cabinetry, screen in the covered porch, finish out a large office/studio space and rework our master bath. They worked through all our questions, kept our budget in mind and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Everything turned out beautifully and the work has held up really well (2+ yrs later). We are so glad we chose to work them than and I highly recommend them for large or small home projects!

I recently purchased a new construction home built by the Kingston Group. The house is beautiful with lovely touches throughout from the flooring to appliances and fixtures. During our blue tape walk through, my RE agent and I were fortunate enough to work directly with Eduardo from the Kingston Group. He took care of everything on our punch list and even addressed a few items that we missed. He made sure the house was perfect for us, and all this with a friendly smile. I was impressed with the quality of the home as well as the attention to detail that I personally witnessed while working with Eduardo. Overall experience has been very good. We used Kingston for a major renovation of our 1930's home. We stayed on time and on budget (which not everyone can do). I enjoyed working with out project manager. He was excellent at weekly communication,. There were no surprises and any issues were dealt with quickly. I would absolutely recommend Kingston as a reputable company with high standards.

I could not be happier with my new (pre cut kit) greenhouse! It was a first for all of us. Once it got it delivered, Josh Moseley, project supervisor, jumped in and work began. Tuck and Payton were very meticulous to make sure everything was included in the shipment and then began putting it all together. Then the paint crew came in and the electricians followed. There was a problem with the light fixture I chose, but Tuck built it up and made it fit perfectly !!!
Since it was 3 weeks late being delivered (fault of the shipping company) Josh juggled people around to get everyone taken care of. For a supposedly easy project, it was much more involved than we thought, but ended up being the easiest home project I have done. Cannot say enough good about all the Kingston Group. Organization, communication and clean up were all top notch. Thanks for making something that could have been a nightmare, work out so well!!!! Now a little landscaping!

We renovated our Brentwood condo with The Kingston Group and they did a wonderful job. The work included three new bathrooms, laundry area, completely renovated kitchen, removing a wall to open the kitchen into the living room and creating a cathedral ceiling in the living room. Great design, great managers and subs, excellent work. And they kept in touch throughout the first year after completion and took care of the few problems that arose. We recommend The Kingston Group without hesitation. Everyone from Robbie on down was very professional and easy to work with.

We did an addition on our historic home with TKG, and we cannot recommend them enough. They are communicative, responsive, and personable. They truly understand the construction process and really go through with you each step of the way. Construction can be a tough process for the homeowner, but they were truly wonderful to work with. We recommend them to anyone who asks!
