This was my first Legacy South home purchase, and second home purchase overall. I've had nothing but great experiences from start to finish.

From working with Vicki throughout the sales process, with Jeff throughout the lending process, and working with Kevin the contractor since moving in, it has all been such a smooth experience. I've had very little damages inside the home that have needed repairs since moving in, but any issues I have had were immediately fixed by Kevin or their third party warranty folks.

I continue to stay in touch with everyone who was involved in my home buying process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a great home.

Harrassed with endless phone calls from at least 10 different area codes after submitting a request for info online. I've asked for the calls to stop - but that is completely ignored. NEVER give them your number. No reputable flooring company would ever have to behave this way to gain a customer. STAY AWAY.

I was a little nervous about finding reliable contractors, but Go Flooring really delivered. They were on time, transparent with their pricing, and Jonathan made sure the whole installation went off without a hitch. My living room looks like it belongs in a magazine now!

I did not end up using Go Flooring, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. Just want to share my experience so that prospective customers have more info when researching their options.

I wanted a flooring quote from Go Flooring to compare with other flooring quotes, and the salesman who showed up at my house wanted to stay for 2.5 hours and give me a long and high pressure pitch to convince me to commit to buying from them that very day. I found their pricing to be opaque and intentionally deceptive, and had difficulty getting any straight answers from the salesman. When I’d finally had enough and tried to explain that I wasn’t interested, they became argumentative.

It’s possible I just had a bad experience from one salesman, but it seems more likely to me that Go Flooring carefully trains their sales staff on a standardized process that feels manipulative and deceptive, in order to maximize sales by any means necessary.
I would just caution prospective buyers to be aware that if you have these people come to your house, you probably aren’t getting a low pressure appointment with helpful information shared efficiently. Be ready for a long sales pitch leading to them expecting you to purchase from them that day.

Best laminate flooring installation ever! Go Flooring Nashville knocked it out of the park with our basement remodel. Fast, affordable, and they didn't try to upsell us on stuff we didn't need. The floors look perfect and have held up great with kids and pets. Thx!

Had carpet installed in our bedrooms by GF Nashville. Was nervous about the seams showing in our master bedroom but u cant even tell where they are! The whole process from quote to finished job was smooth and professional. They even finished ahead of schedule which never happens with contractors lol. Would def use them again for any flooring installation!!

Honestly wasn't sure about hiring flooring installers but Go Flooring proved me wrong. They installed hardwood in our hallway and it flows perfectly with the existing floors in the main rooms. You can't even tell where the old wood ends and new begins. The installer paid attention to every little detail and it shows.

These guys are the real deal! Had carpet flooring installation done in 3 bedrooms and they made it look easy. The seams are practically invisible and they worked around all our furniture without any issues. Only thing I wish is that I had called them sooner instead of living with that old nasty carpet for so long lol. Quality work for sure 👍

Go Flooring just installed carpet in our bedrooms and the quality is amazing. So soft under feet and the installers took care of all the details like transitions between rooms. They even worked late to finish in one day so we didnt have to sleep somewhere else. 5 stars all the way!

Just had hardwood flooring done in our living room by GF Nashville. The difference is incredible. Team was professional & cleaned up everything when they finished. Our dog loves sliding around on the new floors lol. Worth every penny!!!
