My husband and I had a leak in our half bath on the main floor of our house. After talking with a plumber, he suggested we reach out to our insurance company and call Servpro. After speaking and working with Servpro, we worked with Ascension General Contractors to help fix the floor and dry wall in the bathroom. Besides dealing with the insurance company, the process was not as hard as we thought it would be. Paul Troutt, at AGC, was very helpful and gave us complete direction in the process. Scott Nussmeyer was in charge of the project and was very informative of the process, timeline, and working with the contractors coming in and out of our house. Their team was able to match our hardwood floor stain perfectly and it doesn't even look like the half bath hardwood floor was replaced 10 years later. We were very happy with the bathroom remodel and can only say good things about Paul, Scott, their team, and Ascension General Contractors.

I had the misfortune to have frozen pipes during the January 2024 freeze. Ryan Dixon and Ascension GC did the repairs to the garages and breezeway. I am very pleased with the job they did.

Ascension made a horrible experience a very pleasant one. Ryan worked with my insurance adjustor to have all the appropriate repairs done. They coordinated with other contractors such as the electrical and stucco. The crew that did the sheetrock repairs and painting were very nice and did an excellent job.

Ascension exceeded my expectations after I had a damaging kitchen fire. They were prompt, resourceful, contract quality staff and made great suggestions to get the best product within my budget. Ryan and Elijah communicated regularly and addressed all of my concerns. They also worked in a very timely manner. A 6-8 week job was completed in two weeks and ran so smoothly and efficiently. They are friendly, personable and invested in your satisfaction. Highly recommend them for any project. You won’t be disappointed!

Worked with the Ascension General contracting/ServPro group doing reconstruction post a fire in my home. They were incredibly helpful and supportive as we worked through complex insurance issues checking in with us regularly to see if they could get the work started. It felt like Scott Nussmeyer, our assigned Project Manager, became a trusted friend in a very difficult time. He was very responsive and kept me informed.

Once they were able to get started the work progressed very quickly. The on-site team worked incredibly hard and we’re respectful of our house. At one point I actually had to call Scott and ask if they were going to go home because it was after 7PM and they were still hard at it. They also came in on the weekend and offered to work a holiday to get the job done since we waited over 4 months to get approval to begin the work. The house looks like a fire never happened. They did such a great job and I am truly grateful to have such a wonderful team available.

He did a great job working with the insurance company to make sure we were covered for everything that was damaged. We went through multiple iterations of the estimate once additional work was uncovered, and Scott was always super fast to get everything updated. Once they started the work they were done fast! Scott stopped by our house to check in many times, and was always available over the phone when we needed him, even on weekends. I was glad we were able to work with Scott and Ascension and would definitely use them for future needs.

Ascension was recommended by ServPro after they remediated an extensive building flood. The team, and Francisco Vergara especially, was great to work with and accomodating to our staff as we remained open. It helped our company that we could contract and pay through ServPro.

We hired this general contractor for our home renovation, and the results were fantastic. The team was punctual, skilled, and communicated clearly from start to finish. They paid attention to every detail and delivered the project on time and within budget. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

I worked with the Legacy South team to close on a property in the Maple Grove community for clients of mine, and I can't say enough great things about them. Michal and TG were a treat during the inspection/blue tape process! They made sure the product being delivered was up to their high standards and were quick to resolve issues identified.
