Needed a construction company to build a deck and chose these guys due to the positive reviews. Nashville construction and their team were professional, courteous and prompt. Work looks great and we will be able to enjoy the summer relaxing on it.

Ascension made a stressful mishap into a pleasant experience. Our Preschool had 2 large areas of water damage from heavy rains. Johnny, the GM, was kind enough to work around my schedule to meet. After his research he found the most affordable way for the repairs to made while still offering quality work.

Armando Senior and Stan were professional, quick, kept the area clean, and completed the job looking better then it was before.

We will definitely be using AGC again if we should need any future repairs or projects!!

Had a recent condensation leak from the HVAC unit in our attic which required we rip out nearly all of the drywall in our upstairs hallway. Ascension took care of the repair work in a very timely fashion and came back out in a days notice when I told them about some painting touch-ups that needed to be done. Would highly recommend.

Paul Troutt provided me with a bid to repair damage to my kitchen cabinets and plumbing. The kitchen island with sink, dishwasher, granite bar, and granite counter top were removed by ServPro. The water issue was resolved. Paul sent to my home Roger Silas and Armando Sanchez. These two gentlemen are masters at their craft. Cabinets were rebuilt and put back into place. The finish was perfectly matched where needed. The plumbing was completed perfectly with a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. These two guys along with the two gentlemen that came to repair and reinstall the granite, were kind, courteous and understood how stressful the past several weeks have been. They are experts in their field and I was lucky to have them assigned to my project. I would not hesitate a moment on calling Paul and his team to do any future project I might be faced with. Had water damage to the house and these folks were in immediately to dry out the place. Team only needed about two weeks to get in, pull drywall, damaged flooring, replace, stain, and paint impacted areas of the house. In the end, they only needed to stain a portion of 2nd & 3rd floor, but it was identical match to the old stain. Great job by the team.

Jeff came to my house immediately upon hearing of my dilemma with another company. He was professional , helpful, and understanding. I finally had a contract on my sold property. 10 days before the new owners to be were to do their final walk through, the upstairs condo had a damaged my ceiling and walls. Ascension had a four week waiting list but they heard the desperation and urgency in my voice. Within 8 days leak was repaired, everything was dried and dehumidified, and damage was made to look like new. Ascension General Contractors has been FANTASTIC from first contact to the end of the requested project for my mother's house. Before this, I had requested someone else to do new doors, casing, framing & trim and then a week later after giving all the information needed, as in measurements & what materials wanted, I heard nothing back; thank goodness I did not give financial information OR sign any contracts because I still haven't heard from this guy a week after that. That's when Ascension came up as first on my search and after checking their website and policy, I took a chance -- Ascension responded same day when I sent a requested email -- SHOUT OUT TO PAUL TROUTT!!! Then within a few weeks time, including personally examining pre-renovation, pricing the estimate, contract signing, scheduling, and to the installation date, the end result was AWESOME!!! My mother and I were VERY, VERY SATISFIED & HAPPY and along with other past renovations, the inside is looking brand new bit by bit. What made my mother very ecstatic & interested that she was informed that she can have future projects done ALTOGETHER instead of one at a time!! All praises go to Austin Gordon who comes by every work day to supervise the work, the door specialist whose name I think is Ted or Frank (sorry if I can't remember, I only met him once) who recommended the best long-lasting wooden material, and the installer Rigo and his co-worker who made sure everything was done right and examined everywhere post-renovation. Along with other contractors who have helped in other areas of my mother's house, as well as giving her the best service a home owner could ask for, Ascension is a company I have faith in and others should, too.

Unfortunately we experienced a surprise water leak during the Holidays. The Ascension team made the recovery process as easy as possible during a hectic time of year.
