I had a wonderful experience with the Kingston group. I am in the planning stage, their guidance, transparency, and integrity shine through in all they do.

Jose and his coworkers at the Kingston group went above and beyond what we needed when renovating our office space. Pedro and Richard and Jose were the kindest, most communicative, thorough group of contractors I’ve ever experienced. They communicated exactly what we were to expect each day, were onsite daily keeping us posted, and were really fun to be around! They took care to not interrupt our business any more than necessary. I would recommend them to anyone any time!

Kingston Group just completed a major renovation of our home which included opening the floor plan, structural work, and an entire kitchen and bath remodel. The detailed process for the fixed price bid was an efficient design process. Selections were accomplished mostly in one well-organized shopping trip, with excellent guidance from the designer, Haley. I could not be happier with the way all those choices came together in the end.

Our project manager, Nathan, was organized, professional and attentive. Most importantly, he deeply cares about the quality of work and will re-work when necessary. He provided daily communication and all of our concerns were handled quickly and effectively. They timed our hardwood refinishing with our vacation and generally tried to accommodate our schedule and particular needs.

Going into this project, we were warned that a "fixed price" in construction does not always work out that way. The price of our job was exactly what we were told on the front end and they finished a couple weeks ahead of schedule! We are very happy with the finished product and would hire them again. I highly recommend this company.

We used The Kingston Group to build our carport (w/ storage shed). But we wanted it to double as usable outdoor space for entertaining - kids playing protected from rain/sun or adult happy hour. 👍🏼

I’m in the very final stages of building my dream home with The Kingston Group. My personal team consisted of Elizabeth, Eduardo, and Sydney. I don’t think I could have asked for better people to work with. Eduardo is one-of-a-kind. Not only is his professionalism unmatched, he is the most kind-hearted person and always kept me laughing. My team was extremely talented and communicative. They made me aware of any financial changes and worked to bring my visions to life while staying inside my budget as much as possible. I was always kept up to date with ongoing tasks and Eduardo would answer any questions or concerns I had at any time of the day. I would hire him time and time again for any future projects!! I’m extremely pleased with my new space!!

I recently had my 3 BR 2.5 Bath house completely renovated by The Kington Group. The fixed contract approach was the way to go- the renovation was completed within budget and on time and they were even able to add a few enhancements within the original budget. This is amazing give the supply-chain issues and rising materials costs of recent years. My designer, Martha, was great to work with and her knowledge and experience and relationship with vendors really was a plus and the end result exceeded my expectations.

The success of the project was in large part due to my extraordinary project manage, Tyler. He was on site and communicated with me daily and found rapid, cost-effective and sometime ingenious solutions to the inevitable challenges that arise in such a large project. He dealt with all the sub-contractors effectively and often pitched in personally to address specific issues. He was always patient, professional, and personable in all his interactions with me and really was invested in the success of the project- couldn’t have asked for a better leader. The value of my house has already increased 30% as a result of the renovations. I enthusiastically give 5 out of 5 stars to Tyler, Martha, and The Kingston Group. Overall, a great experience.

Josh and the team walked us through each phase of our project before a hammer was ever onsite. Their unique process (unlike any other contractor we’ve used!) took the guesswork completely out of our budget and timeline. They communicated clearly, managed expectations and were genuinely interested in giving us exactly what we hoped for. Our scope was a remodel to one half of a 1960’s renovated ranch. I’m on my third rep, (and my 3rd month trying to get a quote and a job done) as the previous two have reps left the company. Last time I had to start from scratch. Hoping that’s not the case this time.

They have a very nice show room, excellent cabinet quality. However their prices are a little high. Yet where they fail is in customer service. You will either very rarely hear from them or it will be sporadic at best. I have been trying to work with them for over a year, and have not heard from them in months despite personally going in and asking for a update or follow-up. They seem to be understaffed at the lady who works the "greeting desk" is not really engaging and almost makes you feel like you are intruding or are a bother.
