Ruston, Devin and Christian were likeable, competent, and efficient. They took out my old shower and created a walk in shower in a single day, without leaving a scrap of dirt or dust behind. So appreciate their professionalism!

Today, Ruston, Kadin and Mike installed a beautiful walk in shower. It's of very high quality and workmanship. All 3 men were very polite and respectful of me and my home. I would recommend them and West Shore Home for any home projects.

Every team member we interacted with was a pleasure to work with. The installation crew—Steven, Kam, and Randall—was exceptionally personable, professional, and remarkably clean. They managed to keep our home tidy throughout the entire bathroom remodel, which made a huge difference.

Our sales representative, Lovell, stood out in particular. He explained every detail thoroughly, patiently answered all our questions, and proactively addressed every concern—both before and after we signed the contract.

Earlier this year we decided to upgrade our master and guest bathrooms. After screening a number of companies, we scheduled home appointments with three, and almost immediately after speaking with Savannah, we elected to work with West Shore Home. The initial sales session was followed up with a meeting with Kyle to show him both bathrooms, describing the work to be done, and make the many choices they offer. While our guest bathroom was fairly simple, the master bathroom required removal of a jacuzzi tub, replacing it with walk-in shower, and removal of a contractor grade shower and turning that space into a linen closet.

When the project commenced this week, Colin (along with Kam and Kadin) arrived promptly. As he went over his work process we encountered a few issues (not unexpected) which were quickly resolved with a few phone calls. Once clarity was achieved, Colin and crew got right to work with demolition of the master bathroom. Throughout the week the guys kept busy, including checking in with us as appropriate, and stopping periodically to clean up as much as possible to keep the construction dust manageable.

Both bathrooms were completed at the end of the week , as scheduled. Colin walked my wife and me through both bathrooms, reviewing the work done and asking if we had any questions and/or saw anything needing further attention. He then presented a portfolio with information that included cleaning and care, and lifetime warranty details.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the people and work done by West Shore Home.

I just can't thank these people enough for making my dream come into reality. Today they put me a step in shower with hand rail so I can stand up and to help me so I won't fall. All of this was done just today, from start to finish. Thank you Ruston, David, and Devin.

Price quote was above my budget but quality products used & guaranteed made it worth every penny. My bathroom was tiny & the fiberglass tub was aged & discolored, cutting the small room in half. The walk-in shower conversion opened up the space beautifully. Ruston, Kadin & Devin were absolutely incredible…worked non-stop with no breaks, cleaned up, & left me with a fresh & beautiful bath remodel in 2 days. HIGHLY recommend West Shore Home…would give 10 stars if I could!

They came in and remodeled both bathtubs to walk in showers. BEAUTIFUL!! Rustin, Mathew and the other crew guys were great. They even put up with mi silly dogs. They will definitely be doing more work for me!I forgot a before pic of one bath but got both afters.

Most employees very helpful, but like most places employees seem to not enjoy their job. Helpful when they want. Sad, so many jobs out there. Blessings.

Every day Contractors come and buy stuff at the Home Depot and then you have to realize they’re competing against you as well. Often with inferior contractors who couldn’t get business so they had to rely on someone else to get them business.

Always awesome to work with then.
