Marco and Chris were exceptional workers. They were professional, dedicated, and friendly. They were scheduled for two days but finished in one. As they completed one step of the job, they asked for our opinion/needs with the next step. They also explained how the shower worked and reviewed the paperwork with us before and after it was completed. They were so easy to have in my house (they tolerated my need to see what they were doing as they went along). Also, they left the bathroom cleaner than they found it. The shower looks fantastic.

I got the tub to shower project, and may I say that this team did NOT disappoint. The materials were beautiful, and insulation was flawless . A true master at his job ,Chris was one of the most informative and skilled artisan. Thank you all for a job well done.

Cindy, our project manager, kept us well informed and checked in during shower installations to make sure everything was going along well.
Chris Bell, who did the installations, was punctual, paid close attention to detail and kept the work area very clean. He kept the whole house clean by putting down drop cloths along the way he needed to move through the house. He worked at a steady pace to complete both projects within the projected time period. He was very friendly and it was very pleasant to have him working in our home.

From the first phone contact to the completion of the shower, everything went great! Josh S. came to our house and went over the project and answered all of our questions. Then Cindy H. was our project manager that kept us informed on our dates of installation and what to expect at installation. Chris J. was our installer. He arrived promptly on time and did a fantastic job! He did everything that Josh and Cindy had told us. He explained everything completely and we love how it turned out! We highly recommend this company for any shower remodeling job!

The tub replacement shower installed in our home is beautiful. Chris S. And Josh did a terrific job of installing it. In addition, they left no mess!! Cindy communicated clearly about installation dates and details. And the sales representative was excellent.

Christopher Bell, our installer, was a true artisan, meticulously crafting every detail. The result is flawless, and the new shower is not only beautiful but feels incredibly solid and well-built.

Beyond the incredible craftsmanship, what truly sets this company apart is their professionalism. Project Manager Dawn Bentley's communication was excellent with prompt follow-ups and clear updates throughout the project. The work area was kept immaculately clean—they tarped all of the walking area from the bathroom to the exit door. We honestly couldn't find a single speck of dust anywhere in the house after they left. I even worked remotely that day and had my office door open throughout - no worries!

This was a completely stress-free experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any bathroom renovation; their skill and professionalism are unmatched. I only wish we had hired them sooner!

My wife and I had two bathrooms remodeled. They both look awesome. Jim was the salesman and he was great. He helped design the bathrooms that we wanted and was a pleasure to deal with. Chris Bell, who did the remodeling, was fantastic to work with. He was friendly and very particular to every detail to make it perfect. Great person to be around & very trustworthy. The field manager, Phil Amore, would come by a check in to make sure we were happy. He was great as well. Cindy, with Zintex, would call & text to keep us informed and make sure everything was ok. We are very happy with our new bathrooms and with Chris, Phil, Jim & Cindy and thank you to the whole Zintex company for the job that you said you would do & did it better than we imagined.

I was in need of redoing my shower in the master bathroom due to cracking in the cookie cutter shower stall. Zintex was highly recommended on google and in ol’ ChatGPT. Everyone that was involved had great communication and were very nice and helpful.

The initial presentation was insightful, but a bit long. It was nice to see that people in my neighborhood and even the people next door used them to update their bathroom. But I feel like the “build out” process, where you pick what you want with the sales rep, is a bit outdated. During the presentation it shows that most people updating a shower/bath spent around $14-15k. But when we built out what we wanted, the price didn’t show until after everything was picked out, then the bill came to $23k… Yeah, that was a BIG no from me for such a small space. So I wasn’t very fond of the non-transparency there until after you picked out all the fancy things you may want. We went back in and found other ways to work around the price to still mostly get what we wanted. I’m a prior sales guy, so they definitely used just about every tactic to sell me and get the price a lot closer to what I was looking for, but even with all of that, I am really happy with the whole process. I was tactfully pushed and not rudely pushed.

The lifetime warranty is amazing and them fixing anything that was previously water damaged for free was another huge selling point.

Overall a 9.5/10 service and we are very happy with the shower install.
