I was in the market for a bathtub. The builder grade model in my new home was horrible and cracked within 2 years of living there.

I reached out to several remodeling companies and chose Zintex. Here's why.

My sales consultant, Lovell, was pleasant, knowledgeable and quite a funny gentleman. He was patient as I asked questions and inquired about various designs. I knew this would be a large investment and he took the time to make me feel comfortable with no pressure to purchase. He explained the designs, install process and financing options.

Please note, the sales consultant will pull your credit to consider finance options if you are not paying cash. You have 24 hours to rescind, but I knew this was a purchase I was going to keep.

Within a day of contract, Dawn, my customer service consultant, called to go over all specs. She provided install dates and reiterated the install process. I could call her with any question - and I did!

Two things to note here, Dawn was able to move my install date up a couple of weeks which was delightful! She called with a question about my grab bar finishing. Her team caught that it was incorrect, and they were able to change it out quickly. She confirmed the installers arrival time and a few additional details.

When installers Dayron and Bo arrived, they got right to work. It was not a noisy and intrusive process. I work from home and my colleagues didn't hear the minor drilling and other light noises. Dayron and Bo completed the install in one day and came back the next day to do a walk-thru, ask if I had any questions and make sure I was pleased with the install. They even shared how to clean my bathtub for optimal use. I loved it because there is a no-slip bottom and an extra layer under the tub, so it sits right and doesn't sink in the middle if there is a larger person using it.

Note, they cleaned up and cleared out any materials, including sweeping my steps.

My grab bar arrived and the Field Manager, Christian, added that in less than five minutes. He did a quality control check and was very pleasant to speak with. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional.

I would DEFINITELY recommend Zintex to anyone looking to spruce up their bathroom!

Marco and Chris explain everything to me and did a great job on the installation. I’m highly satisfied with what I got. When I wasn’t getting hot water, they were quick to respond with a minor fix that I was able to implement. Kudos to Zintex

Zintex has been a great company to work with and did an amazing job with my shower remodel! It started with Skye, who explained everything to me in great detail. Then Dawn kept me updated on the progress of my order. Marco was my installer and he did a fantastic job. I believe he went over and beyond expectations as well as being a very nice person! I would highly recommend Zintex to anyone wanting to do a remodel!

Brandon was great he put that shower in like a definite pro!! The first one was the finished product!! Second one was the before!! Very excited about how my shower turned out! The color choice was great and makes the bathroom look updated and clean. They came back and made a few tweaks, which emphasizes their warranty to make sure you're happy with the overall job.

TLDR: Excellent company, product, and installer who created a beautiful bathroom even better than expected. A few process improvements and they’d be five-star all the way.

We are very happy with our bathroom and most of the process to sell, plan, and install it. The company overall could communicate a few things better which I think leaves some room for improvement - I’d give another half star if I could.

We needed to replace a 30+ year old fiberglass shower insert in a small master bedroom bathroom. The sales guy was personable enough but spent so much time going over an obviously company provided slide deck our 1 hour appointment turned into 3 and only about 10 minutes of that was actual design. Thankfully the field manager Scott Perry showed up within a day or two and got the design and needs correct. I don’t like signing 10-year contracts on a phone screen and there were few options offered. Scott got it right.

Our “project manager” Kiyanne gave enough information and let us know the material ordering was on track and when to expect the installer. I don’t understand how a large company doesn’t have a nearly pre-generated handout to send out with that information, including what you should have and how to prepare the bathroom. Although we did empty the bathroom, buy some new items for it and prepare an old popcorn ceiling, no one really said much about how to get ready. Scott did mention the installer would texture the walls but not paint, but these things could easily surprise a customer. When the Zintex work is done, you will still need to prime and paint and possibly install things like towel-rings or cabinets other than the vanity.Enough for the half-star.

The installer, Matt Zachar was amazing. We’ve dealt with several contractors, installers, and construction companies over the last few years (bought a 50-year old house) and no one has been as professional, skilled, and courteous as Matt. He showed up on time, communicated well about arrivals and departures, and took great care of our house, laying drop cloths everywhere he walked or worked, and was always business-like but pleasant. The quality of his work was excellent and he worked quietly without bashing walls or breaking things. He identified and then fixed several wicked problems from the past. In the end we were thrilled with the work and product. Zintex contracted out the electrical work and Matt made sure our light was centered and the guy didn’t damage anything. As an aside, he had the best organized work and tool trailer I’ve ever seen and should be sponsored by the Milwaukee tool company. He’s a living advertisement for them as well as a shiny recommendation for Zintex.

In the end, we are very happy with a beautiful shower and great bathroom and should we need the next one, will unreservedly call on Zintex again.

Brandon did a really good job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, & a hard worker. There was no wasted time. He answered all of our questions completely & explained everything in detail. He cleaned up after finishing the work & left our house in really good shape. My wife & I are completely satisfied & really thankful for Brandon doing such an amazing job.

We really enjoy the look of our new shower! (Haven’t used it yet 😉). Chris was very professional and spent time answering my questions and or explaining certain aspects of the process. He worked hard and didn’t waste time. Kerry kept me updated via text on product delivery and scheduled appointment. I would reach out to the company with other bathroom needs.

Dawn and Phil did a great job. Daniel Bennett installed our new shower. He did a fabulous job! He was thorough in his work as well as his explanations throughout the job. He cleaned up after himself, and left our house neat and orderly. We highly recommend Zintex and highly suggest you request Daniel. He is the BEST!!!!!

I have been wanting a bathtub in the master bathroom for 7 years and I just couldn't put it off any longer. I had a consultant come and talk with me about their services, but the pricing was out of my reach. So I reached out to Zintex and made the appointment with them. Skye Jones consulted with me and showed me different photos of their work. When you have someone that believes in the product and stands by it; that speaks in volumes. Marco accommodated my schedule with an 11th hour adjustment to the day and time it took him 13 hours to complete the Walk-in shower replacement where just a bathtub was. He was courteous, clean and dedicated to his job I am glad that I drew his card to do the replacement He trains The other installers as to what to do

I also liked the fact that he replaced the existing toilet with a new Kohler toilet that was a little bit taller and more comfortable with a soft close lid.

Shower Handle installed included a temperature setting that remembers the water temp you like. Next time you shower the temperature will come back

Will I be giving referrals? Absolutely!!

Chris did an awesome job replacing our old tub/shower combination (picture #1 below) with new walk in shower (picture #2 below). We are very happy with the results. Would recommend ZINTEX to anyone interested in replacing or upgrading their old shower.
