Dawn, account manager, communicated all information and answered my questions and continued to communicate with time that they would be arriving on install day. Brandon, the installer, called ahead about his arrival time and was on time. He went over the install before beginning. He was professional and courteous. Explained what was being done as he went through the different stages of this remodel. After install was completed, he showed how to operate the shower. He made sure that the bathroom was cleaned up. And cleaned up outside where the removed old bathroom parts had been.

He also was very professional and explained everything in detail. He check in with me through out the whole installation.

I’m very pleased with the new bathroom remolded from Zintex. From the beginning with Tom Grosman to the end with the installation. Mathew, Michael and Jonah went above and beyond with courtesy and professionalism they were amazing. In fact I’m so happy I’m having my other shower done.

Zintex kept me informed of the project of changing a tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower along the way; from sale, scheduling and installation. Marco was our installer and did a wonderful job, working throughout the day until the job was completed in one day. I am enjoying the safety and convenience of our new walk in shower. It has all the items that we requested; safety bars, seat, shelves, shower head, and shower wand.

I have been very impressed with Daniel's expertise and work ethics. He has cleared all debris from the premises and has done an excellent job. I highly recommend Zintex and Daniel. I also must commend Dawn for her expert help.

Beautiful shower, quick work, professional and friendly staff, and when one of the shower doors came loose they sent someone to get it fixed straight away, which helped me trust in the very robust-sounding warranty program. I feel confident in my choice and believe that my new shower upgrade alone has increased the value of this home. I know it’s made it more valuable to me. This thing is a joy to use daily. I was pleased with Dawn’s communication as case manager and Chris’ quick and professional installation.

We made the right choice using Zintex. The communication from start to finish was outstanding. We were kept informed from start to finish. The installers, Daron and Bo, are outstanding. They arrived when they said they would. They took the time to protect our flooring. Every day when they left, the job site was clean. The installation was on time, and there were no issues. Marco Santucci did a phenomenal job in putting in a walk-in shower for myself and my husband. He worked from sunup till Sunday till the job was completely finished I recommend him and Zintex who has excellent products.

Marco and Dom did an amazing job. They were very respectful and will go the extra mile to make sure things are done correctly. They do not cut corners. After 2 days with them we felt like family. We needed to replace the 1980s tub and tile in our bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.The whole process from sales to install coordination was very positive. Special thanks to Daniel and his crew who did the installation work. Everyone was very professional and polite.

After calling six different plumbers in my area, and not even getting a return phone call, I took to Facebook looking for ideas on who to contact. Josh from Zintek came to the house, measured, calculated and gave me a quote that was FOUR THOUSAND dollars lower than the other company that did show up. We signed a contract that day.

Communication between me and the company's account manager was excellent and I was never "out of the loop" with Natalie Harrod and Phil Amore answering questions. They always had the answer.

Carlos Martinez (the installer) was prompt and on time both days of the project and he took time to explain what he was doing without hesitation. The end result is a shower that we're going to enjoy for years to come!

My parents wanted to get their shower remodeled for their home. The contractor we had was named Marco and he was amazing. For one, he was extremely helpful with explaining things to everyone and any issues that may have come up. The work was done within the timetable, and the quality of the work was exceptional. Highly recommend for future work that we may have again.

Marco and Justin did a fantastic job on converting my almost 60 year old bathtub into a beautiful walk in shower. Marco knows his business, answered questions, and explained everything well. Both fellas were so courteous and friendly. I am so excited! Can't wait to take shower!
Skye Jones was so good and eady to work with. He thoroughly explained about the company ( and I was impressed), went over all my shower options and helped me get the best price possible. I can't praise Skye or Narco enough. There should be more like these 2 nice fellas in the world!

Daniel was super nice, very courteous and well versed in his job.
I am very pleased with the work he completed. However the shampoo tower was a different shade than the rest of the shower by no fault of his.
He asked lots of questions and answered even more from us.
Very conscious of my surroundings and took extra care to cover everything.
He was a machine and didn't dilly dally.
Will highly recommend.
