Needed help with a delivery to one of their crews at a jobsite here in Nashville. Called them 5x in a row. Receptionist never picked up, so an automated menu of other departments to talk to picked up, and I picked the construction group every time. They also never picked up, and I got a message saying their VM box was full, then it hangs up on you.

It's 10:50am on a Tuesday. Makes you wonder how they operate their business.

Terrible drivers, literally reckless and dangerous on the road for no reason.

Michael was great to work with. Extremely responsive and professional. We’re very satisfied with the work we had done to replace an entire side of the house with Hardie Board. Very reasonably priced, with other contractors estimating as high as double what UrCovered charged. Absolutely would recommend!

Called them up to investigate some slow leaking around my chimney flashing, William came out and quickly took a look and let me know what he was seeing with photos and pretty clearly identified the issue I was seeing as well as some other spots that might be issues down the line; I had a quote in my hand the next day and they knocked it out in a morning, all while letting me know, and fixing some issues they uncovered as they worked. All in all a great and clean experience, highly recommend them

Michael and team did an excellent job replacing siding on the back of my house that had been storm damaged. He gave me a very fair quote (I had gotten quotes from several other places) and even found some additional cost-saving measures on the less damaged sides of the house. The work was quick and looked great. Would definitely use them again!

Michael was the one that came by for the estimate. He was polite and clear on what the job would entail. Michael uncovered an issue our roof and gave us options on the extent of each part of the job and was clear on what needed to be done.

With each phase of the process, Michael was communicative and was onsite each day work was done. After the project was complete, he came back, inspected everything, cleaned up a few pieces of packaging that had been missed in clean up, caulked a part on the roof that was not part of the job but needed it, and made sure we were satisfied with the work.

Over the years, we have had smaller jobs and much larger jobs with our home. This was a great experience in comparison to many of the others we have had, and what set this experience apart was the presence. The person who came to hear about the project and give the estimate was the person managing the job onsite each day and making sure everything was done as was had discussed. The workmanship was high quality, and the cost was fair. We highly recommend.

Dylan with UrCovered is great. Very patient and willing to take the time necessary to understand the wants and needs of the project. If your looking for a room addition or remodel, definitely put Dylan on your list of people to talk to.

Will and Michael did a great job with the roof. They were great about checking in to ensure the job met my needs and were very informative when I had questions.
