We used ServiceMaster for a water leak we had. Tra Lewis came and dried everything out. Tra was great. Very professional and helpful , highly recommend him.

Had my old roof completely replaced with several sheets of old decking replaced in a single day. They arrived on time and were very clean about the work with yard clean up and debris very well done by the end of the day.

Drake & Andre were incredible. Gave us regular text updates and reasonable expectations. Made the remediation work as painless as one could imagine. Would recommend their team to anyone!

I had some water damage in my basement and Deven and Christopher came out from Service master. They were in constant communication by phone and in person. They were friendly, polite,respectful of property, very professional and always on time. I recommend them and Service Masters highly.

I recently called ServiceMaster by David to come and look at my crawl space. We live near a lake and a recent inspection had shown some mildew due to high moisture levels as well as some damage to the moisture barrier.

Andre came and visited and could not have been more professional and friendly. He carefully explained what he saw and what his recommendations were for alleviating the problem. We were very happy with the time he took to explain things and to make sure that we understood,

We scheduled the service and Andre came back out to perform the job. Once again he was extremely professional and courteous, He completed the job with minimal disruption to our family and provided a detailed report including before and after photos.

We had an issue with an upstairs shower. These guys answered the call and got on it immediately. Tra Lewis the project manager was professional and knowledgeable and explained the process and answered any questions we had. These guys did all around great work.

Tra Lewis, the project manager, did an excellent job on our home! He removed and cleaned mold from our closet, treated and protected our crawl space to prevent future issues from mold, and cleaned the ductwork. He was respectful, personable, prompt, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We truly appreciate his professionalism and thorough work — highly recommend!

They carefully and efficiently packed us up to move contents when water damage to our home required renovation and equally carefully and efficiently cleaned and moved our contents back in. I called Scott and Charlotte with Service Master when I had an issue during the ice storm.The very next day they had Andre come by and look at my damage. He did a great job treating my basement . Next day Drake brought dehumidifier to leave at my house for several days for the moisture issue and he cleaned everything up. This was great service that I received during this very stressful time for everyone. I was very blessed to have Service Master helping me! This is a great company that’s works as a team! Tra Lewis did our mitigation after the ice storm and was a pleasure to work with. He was kind and efficient and always called ahead to let us know when he was coming. Upon completion of his part of our reconstruction, Tra was very conscientious about thoroughly cleaning up the work areas. The whole clean- up process after water damage can be very disruptive but Tra made the whole process bearable. We were very impressed with his courtesy and professionalism.
