After the 2026 Ice-pocolypse, we discovered water seeping up through our wood floors due to a frozen, damaged pipe. The ServiceMaster team, led by Tra Lewis, was prompt, helpful and very thorough in demolishing and drying our floors, clearing any current or potential damage below, and communicating a sound plan every step of the way. Tra was incredibly helpful and meticulous in executing the plan and communicating any needs, what's upcoming, and timelines to completion so that we could plan our days accordingly--which is incredibly helpful for our busy lives. I would highly recommend them.

Andre did an amazing job with the remediation at my parents’ house. I run my own construction company and rarely meet guys with his level of excellence. He was prompt, timely, courteous, and communicative. His work was also clean and efficient. The job site stayed tidy and his dust protection was next level. Charlotte setup the remediation process for us, and she was also a joy to work with. All of this meant the world to us because my mom’s health was ailing, and she was just starting chemo. We didn’t need one more headache on top of everything else. To the contrary, the experience was effortless. I’d recommend them to anyone.

On January 31, 2026, on a frigid morning in Donelson, Tennessee, the mitigation company Servicemaster, led by Crew Chief Zion Johnson, came out and removed the fiberglass blown in insulation, and two layers of drywall ceiling with a layer of radiant heat wiring that had long ago been disconnected, that had all come crashing down right in front of me, during late Sunday night; in my living room. The crew were fast, efficient, hardworking, and professional as they did the entire job quickly. They also put up plastic sheeting to stop the frigid air coming down through the open roof trusses from the ridge roof vents. And this was on a Saturday! They will come back next week, and do more cleaning, so the insurance adjuster can make an inspection. Thanks, gentlemen, from Servicemaster, for a job well done! I called to get a quote and was transferred to a Manchester office. They gave me the project manager's number. I called and he said they don't do residential in his area....He was in Knoxville. The website said storm damage and residential.

Charisse was our contractor when we renovated our garage and replaced French doors in a bed room. She was always on time, professional and had great communication throughout the project. We have since recommended her to several friends. We would definitely use her company in the future.

Custom Construction services can do any job big or small. We used them to renovate our home and they exceeded our expectations. We have had quite a bit of experience with various contractors over the years. CCS was exceptional. They provide timely accurate estimates, communicate expenses clearly, they show up when they say they will and they do what they say they are going to do. They were very clean and conscientious about our home. Charisse Claiborne is an excellent communicator and extremely easy to work with. We used them to rip out and completely renovate a loft type bathroom. I showed them a photo and they helped me find affordable tile and fixtures and recreated the photo. We used them to replace every window in our home. They handled painting, electrical work, drywall and even resurfacing our driveway. They also hung curtain rods, truly no job is too large or small for them. We will continue to use them for all our renovation as well as handyman needs.

Absolutely could not have done this remodel without Charisse! She was a fantastic partner, has a great eye for design, and is highly communicative. Could not recommend her enough!

Will tail you on the highway for miles at Briley and 40 3:15p today. Over aggressive driving. Can’t imagine their attitude and patience for service if their consideration for others while driving is this low.

Was hired on to take over the utility locating & get it organized, but it turned out to be a headache, people that have no idea how to locate, trying to tell how to do my jib.. And what's really sad is WHY ARE THERE NOT ANY MINORITIES IN UPPER MANAGEMENT, ALL WHITES..REMINDED IF THE MOVIE GET OUT.. NO OVER TIME, REALLY UNORGANIZED COMPANY, & WASTE OF TIME.

Teach your people how to bend some pipe!! I have been on this job for three months just because we have to go back bend and cut into the conduit either the pipe isn't the right size or y'all have 720° worth of bends before you put another box in, I am not exaggerating I have counted. Either teach your employees better or stop being afraid of using 4square boxes.
