Called them at 2 pm - was offered appointment next morning. Showed up right on time.

Very professional. Quickly repaired my bad fluorescent fixture with new and better brand ballast. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need.

Has many years experience and seemed very competent.

Mr. Hardy showed up on time and was obviously very knowledge able in all things electrical. I hired him to install a couple fans, he was not impressed with stability of one of the fans so he installed a new support. Price was reasonable and he was a very nice man. Would highly recommend.

I work for a small business in Nashville. We contacted Mr. Hardy about installing a fan with a remote in an office space with 15 foot ceilings. He was polite, friendly, and professional from the estimate through the installation. He came out himself within thirty minutes of speaking to him and was finished with the project in under an hour. He worked quickly and efficiently but was so personable that it felt like half of the service was pleasant conversation. Mr. Hardy was even kind enough to offer a percentage off his initial estimate. I can't recommend Hardy Electric highly enough. If you're looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and prompt electrician, Mr. Hardy's your guy.

I called Mr. Hardy at about 8 a.m regarding an electrical problem in three rooms of my home. He arrived within an hour and took very little time to trouble shoot and repair the problems. He also explained what happened and why, and how I can avoid the problem in the future.

He was professional and friendly and I enjoyed talking to him while he worked.

I also felt his fees were very competitive and more than fair.

Alan has come out to do some work at our house twice now and each time he's been quick to respond and come out and fix/resolve the problem. He also passed on some times as to a bit of work I could do on my own to avoid a future issue which he could see manifesting itself on account of the poor work done by the developer's contractor who wired our house when it was built.

Had Mr.Hardy troubleshoot a ceiling fan wiring issue. He was at my house within 2 hours of my call. He’s professional, courteous, and obviously knows what he’s doing. Got the issue fixed up quickly, and took the time to fix things so I couldn’t mess them up on my own again! Note he does take check or cash only.

We had a new dishwasher delivered and the dishwasher needed a 120v outlet installed instead of being hardwired. I called one company and they couldn't come out for at least three days. I stumbled on Alan's contact info and after calling him, he said he could be there in 20 mins. He arrived just when he said and had it done in no time. Great job done!! He'll be our electrician for any future jobs.

I emailed Alan Hardy about an electrical question late one night (non-emergency problem), and he called me the next morning. I explained the problem we were having, and he offered to come out to the house that day (he was close by on another job).
