Amazing service from Dodd after the tornado! We had the power meter ripped from our home and needed it replaced before power could be restored. Other groups quoted 3-4 days turnaround before they'd be able to make it out. I made the call in the late afternoon and Dodd was out the next day - had it up and running within 2 hours. Their team worked overtime to push our connection up and I have nothing but the best to say for this local company! 10/10 and will be using them again for all my needs and referring anyone else in need of electrical work!

A storm-felled tree ripped all things electrical off of my house last month. I called my usual trusted, semi-retired electrician for a recommendation, and before I could even finish my question he recommended Dodd Electric. I am forever grateful to both of them for being of such outstanding quality. Karin, at Dodd, helped guide me through everything (this was a new experience for me), and it was last-minute on a Friday when I called to let her know everything was ready for Dodd’s part in getting power back to our house. Having been without power for four days already, my wife and I were mentally prepared to see them Saturday at best, but that very night we fell asleep air-conditioned and watching WKRP in Cincinnati. Being grateful in the moment is one thing, but being even more grateful when the bill arrived is an entirely next-level of grateful. I never would have ever expected a Friday night, after sunset, 4-5 hour QUALITY job involving a complete rebuild of everything sparky attached to my house to have been so fair and beyond reasonable. I regret being unable to remember the name of our electrician, but other than to say thank you when he first arrived and to see if he needed anything from me, I stayed out of his way to let him work. We were in a state of absolute, non-negotiable vulnerability, easy to take advantage of, and Dodd Electric put us back on the grid with our best interests every, single step of the way. I would give them 7.2 stars if I could!!

I highly recommend Dodd Electric. The technician Tommy and the office (Karen if I did not misspell it) both are highly professional, helpful, and caring. Tommy is knowledgeable, responsible, patient, and nice. He went beyond to fix the problem for me. The price is transparent and reasonable. We had the best experience with Dodd Electric! A technician came to our home within an hour of calling the main line. Charles was our technician and he did a fabulous job! He fixed the issue very quickly and was so courteous and thoughtful.
