Called for a minor service taken care off promptly only problem was I was not advised service call charge was $150.00 outrages compared to other service companies. Repair took less than 15 minutes and no parts reset thermostat service

These guys are pretty amazing. I've used them for several jobs and more than anything, I'm impressed with their work ethic. If you want to know that the job is being done right, give them a call. You won't regret it.

This electric company is who I called when I was recently in the dark. I guess we blew a fuse or overloaded a breaker and messed it up so much that the box needed to be upgraded to handle all the hair dryers running J/K - We were very treated fairly and they got it all taken care of quickly.

FANTASTIC. Had an emergency late in the day. They sent someone right out--fixed the problem--didn't even charge us. He has some follow up to do and will charge us then. First time OF MANY to use them!!

Jerry was great! I called him at 9 pm, because my power went out, and he talked me through getting my power back on. I sent him pictures, and he told me what to do.

Westside Electric service arrived Saturday on time. Went right to work. Finished the job efficiently. Woody was very professional and reasonably rates.

I called these guys to fix repairs needed to sell my home. Talked to the receptionist who wrote down the list of things I needed completed over the phone and then went, while I was on hold, talked to the owner and was quoted an estimate of ~$200. They knew that I could not be there an that my mother would let them in to do the work, but the electricians showed up with no idea of what they were to do. Fortunately, my mother had a printed copy of the to-do list which they were handed. They may have completed one thing on the list? Charged $155. After calling the receptionist several times, she'd always not have a receipt to read out to me over the phone for work done. I had to call out another electrician (Mister Sparky) who fixed the remainder of the work and had to re-do the outlet that they had fixed because it was done poorly and incorrectly. Would not recommend! Poor record keeping, customer service, and electrical service all in one package

They answer the phone and tend to be available which is great when you have a HVAc unit that has issues. Only to find out after multiple visits over a year, that he has been charging more than double for a quick repair, and causing the machine to have more trouble. I understand needing a new unit, and getting a quote that is more than market value for a new one from this company, but not ok to say over and over that you will show up and not, and to over charge and over explain what is not the issue

Our furnace motor went out on a super cold day and, while West Side Electric did not have the part in stock, the owner, Jerry Bone, went out of his way to help us find the part locally. I will call West Side Electric the next time something goes wrong, and also recommend them to family and friends. It was a super experience.

We called Westside Electric after the power went out for a portion of our house (we have an older home). Jerry was able to come by on a Friday evening and identify + fix the problem as well as help us with additional issues. He was very knowledgable, competent, and worked quickly to get everything done.

Great experience with West Side Electric. Main breaker went out at 8PM. Sent pictures of the issue and was able to have Jerry out at the property at about 9PM to replace the breaker with part on hand. Professional and prompt.

I definitely recommend Jerry Bone and his employees. They have been in business about as long as I have been alive and absolutely offer quality service and customer care. They will treat you like family and treat your home as their own.

Customer service for this company is not a top priority. If I could give zero stars I would, but I will say the initial communication process to set up an appointment was good. What happened? I gave them one week to call me back before I posted this and I am still waiting for a call. I scheduled to have a technician come out to my house at 9:30 am, and at 10:15 am I finally called the office only to be told that they had an emergency and all their techs were unavailable. I was told I would be called when they were on their way as soon as one became available......Still waiting a week later. If you don't want the business I'm totally fine with that, but don't make an appointment with someone and not show up or call to let them know especially when they potentially could take off work like I did.

They came right out and replaced our motion sensor light. It kept coming on every time a car went down the street. They came back and now the light comes on when my next door neighbor gets out of his car, while our drive and walkway stay dark until we get to our porch. I've called numerous times in the last several weeks for an adjustment and all I get is promises to get back to me. Disappointing.

Fast, solid, personable and skilled; if only every service was this solid and easy to work with. I’ve used Westside several times and it has been consistently efficient and reasonable.

The electricity in my home was fluctuating consistently and beginning to cause me eye strain and pain. The lights and power sources were flickering dim to bright with the bigger appliances pulling ALL the power. A small example of my power current issue would be that I could not operate my popcorn popper on that current. And if the microwave, washing machine and refrigerator were all running at the same time, the breaker would trip. Lol.

I researched companies in my area, having a small house, I wanted someone familiar with small older homes. I found 3 companies, with West Side Electric being one of them. They were the first call I made. I reached Jerry, the owner, on the first call and he was welcoming and very informative. Jerry scheduled a day to do an estimate and a week later they were back to do the work. I thought I would need whole home electricity rewiring, but in the end all that was needed was a new circuit box. It was a full day job! The quote was very reasonable and team of electricians worked efficiently.

I was VERY pleased with the end result. My power is now consistent with plenty to spare for new/and big appliances. I HIGHLY recommend West Side Electric for their exceptional quality, service and expertise and for your electrical, heating, and air conditioning needs. March 2015.

Chris came over due to us having difficulty with a couple of our outlets. He was friendly, and found the problem quickly. Now, thanks to him all of our outlets are working great, and the price was fair.
