Electrical reviews in Nashville, Tennessee

Tim did a great job installing an EV charger in my home. He was courteous, communicative, and timely. I would recommend him to others.

Mr Watt - cute name but Mr Watt is far beyond being "cute." Tim Carlson is a true professional; highly personable and efficient. He was on-time, finished the job easily and left the area clean. I think he is a rare tradesman who combines intelligence and skill. I highly recommend him for your electrical needs.

Absolutely recommend. Tim was able to come out for a smaller job. I needed done at my house, he was one of four people that I called and the only one who actually came out to help me! Highly recommend, Looking forward to doing work with him in the future.
Also, he let me know about a whole house search protector that would benefit me greatly as I am a musician and always have gear plugged up around the house. Was glad to be educated on this, and looking forward to doing that as soon as I can. -
We are so pleased to have found Tim. He came today to put up some light fixtures and a ceiling fan after remediation from a burst water pipe. His cheerful attitude and obvious knowledge of electrical issues made the visit a pleasure. We are planning to have him come back to wire in an Interlock for our portable generator. .

I have used them several times, great service.

I just bought a house with their service sticker in the panel. Quite frankly, I'm surprised the place hasn't burned down. Terrible workmanship!
-
Would never recommend them again. Poor communication and poor follow up. Different people coming and going and was difficult to keep track of hours spent in the job and was surprised when the bill came and how many hours was billed for.

A young man employed there named Kasey is so polite and an amazing hard worker. The company has a whole is amazing and do quality work. I highly recommend.

I have had Electricare work on my house numerous times, from simple lighting fixtures to more technical electrical work (rewiring). I have always been 100% satisfied with their work and their customer service! I would recommend them to anyone.

After a recent home inspection, I recently discovered that my whirlpool tub was not on a GFCI breaker, which is required by law/code. Researching online, I found online that an alternate solution was to replace a circuit breaker with a GFCI breaker that feeds the whirlpool tub. Since I refuse to do most electrical work alone, I started asking for recommendations of electricians. One of them pointed to ElectriCare.
Like any company I haven't used before (despite recommendations) I searched for them on the Internet. Several websites gave them a good rating so I called them.
The owner of the company answered my call and I explained to him the situation and how I needed it to be done quickly. He scheduled me for that week and personally came to my home. Before he did any work, he looked around to be absolutely sure there was no GFCI receptacle (to save me time & money). He explained sometimes they are hidden in obscure places. We found that there wasn't one and then he went to work.
Not only did he get it done within minutes, he tested it and showed me his work. He was very professional and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I highly recommend ElectriCare!! -
Steve came out to look at work that needed to be done and said he would get me an estimate by the next day. A week passed with nothing still, called their office to find out what is going on. Only response received was that they would let Steve know. More weeks passed and still nothing.
This is the first time that I have been ghosted by a company. It seems that residential business isn't their preferred type of business to accept. -
I called because I had an issue with the power on some parts of my house, they sent someone, that just looked at it and told me that the whole panel needs to be upgraded to a total of $2800. That sounds normal, but the guy did not even stayed 10 minutes and they sent me an invoice for $135!!! I would say that $80 is fine for someone to come by and take a look but $135 for 10 minutes? This is not fair. PLUS I got another electrician that came by and fixed the issue for $150, no need to replace the panel. I will not use them again if they charge you $135 for nothing.

January 20th, Steve came out to give me an estimate on some outside/garage electrical work. He explained that they were a week out on work orders but that he would email me an estimate. Three weeks later, I called the office and explained to the young lady that answered what was going on. She confirmed that it was Steve's account and that he would contact me that week. Well, I never heard anything from Steve, much less received an email with the estimate. I will NOT be recommending this company anytime soon.

Jeff, Ben, and the whole team at Electricare went above and beyond to extend great service at a reasonable price after I went through a terrible experience with another "contractor". They were professional, listened to my requests, and made sure to complete the work promptly and safely. I felt comfotable with trusting their expertise and customer service. -
I've used ElectriCare multiple times for my residential needs, and have been impressed. Great communication leading up to the date of service, arrived on schedule, professional demeanor, and work each time. I just had my HVAC die and replaced with a larger unit, and needed a panel upgrade, new wiring, and a disconnect box. Their bid was the lowest which was fantastic, but my choice to use them in reality was the professional service I'd received on their prior visits. I had no doubt work would be performed to high standards, and it was. Highly recommend!
