It's challenging in Nashville to find a professional in home services. Tim Carlson (Mr Watt) is a real find! He returned my initial call promptly, scheduled a home visit within just a few days, called me 30 minutes before arrival and was on time! He was able to get parts quickly and had my issue fixed within 2 hours at a fair price. I highly recommend him to others in need of electrical services. Don't waste your time on someone who won't even call back or show up!!

We had a very strange issue happen with an outlet in our bathroom that left us worried the wiring in our house might not be safe. Tim came out on time, as scheduled, and did a careful inspection of each point in our electrical system that could be related to the problem. He took time at each step to explain what he was doing and what he was observing. In the end, he charged a reasonable price for this inspection, and that price included several circuit breakers and a new receptacle to replace the one that had failed. This was the same price that was listed on the website, which is also nice.

I called and spoke with Tim when I suffered an outage in my master bedroom. This was tough while working remote and Tim was able to make it out same day to identify and repair quickly and for a very reasonable price. I appreciate his courtesy and professionalism. Tim was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to immediately let me know the best option fir installing a new outdoor outlet. He also was able to troubleshoot an issue with several other outlets. I appreciated that his pricing was upfront and that he arrived when he stated he would. I would definitely use his services again.

I can't say enough about Tim. He really went above and beyond with helping me out of a very difficult situation I got myself into. The project took over a month and a half of back and forth conversation and multiple revisions with the city and NES and Tim helped me navigate the whole thing. I honestly don't know what I would have done without his help. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tim again for any other future electrical needs. If anything I just wish I called him sooner. Thanks again.

Tim arrived on time, listened to my needs, suggested alternatives I had not considered, and also offered helpful advice on any questions I had. Additionally, he identified some loose screws in the main electrical panel and tightened those up without being asked to do so. He is a professional and we would definitely hire him again.

Tim responded to my inquiry the same day it was sent. He came out and to evaluate the work site to provide a quote at no charge. Upon inspection of the site and inquiring as to my needs, he provided an alternative solution that cut the expense of this project in half. Once parts arrived, he was quick to contact and perform work. Work was done professionally, quickly, tested, and work site cleaned up. Tim is very professional, friendly and I highly recommend him for any project, home or commercial.

Tim is by far one the best I have ever hired. I contacted Tim to do all the electrical work on my master closet and bathroom remodel. He ran the additional wires from the panel, installed all new indoor and outdoor outlets, installed new lighting fixtures, and ceiling lights including a shower fan.

He is extremely responsive, easy to work with, and provides a fair price. All the electrical work done is top quality. As a remodel can sometimes happen in various stages, he was even able to work with me and return a month later to install the finishing electrical touches.
