Nine months after the above review I asked Gervais Electric to review a new problem with a waterfall pump in my yard that kept shorting out. Eric showed up personally and worked to troubleshoot the system -- replacing the ground fault power system and rewiring the electrical power and tracing the breakers. In spite of 105 degree heat index he sweated to fix the system himself. Power is up and working again -- with a better design! Thanks Eric -- five stars!

I had a very simple request to swap an outlet face and add a new one in another room and Gervais electric came out to provide an estimate very quickly. The next day service was scheduled and completed in about an hour. Will, was very personable and did a great job. The price I paid was one third of the quoted price of a national electric company that spent more time trying to sell me a whole home surge protector than actually focusing on what I needed done. Gervais Electric was fast, courteous, reasonably priced, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I'll use them again.

I called on a Tuesday and was scheduled for Thursday. Will and Alex came in and quickly identified and remedied the issue with competence and efficiency. The cost is beyond reasonable as well. I will certainly be calling Gervais for all our electrical needs in the future and highly recommend this business to others.

I can't say enough great things about the people at Gervais. I really wanted to shop local and support a family owned business in my neighborhood. After calling the office, they got out the very next day to give me a quote for a dedicated line I needed in my garage. Erick got right back to me with a quote, and then Will came out that Friday of the same week to start the work. Will was polite, thorough, and took great pride in his work. He had a better way to route out the conduit and suggested that certain way because he thought it would look better ...and he was right. I can't say enough about the level of customer service ...from calling on Monday to start this project ...and then having it quoted and finished by Friday mid-morning. I found Will to be honest and trustworthy and do such a great job for exactly what I needed. When you find this level of customer service ...it's a rarity. I will ALL businesses would operate at this level !! Highly recommend this wonderful asset to all of Nashville !!
