Excellent Tesla Wall Charger Installation

I recently had the pleasure of working with Will Robertson and Blake from Gervais Electric to install my Tesla Wall Charger, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Will and Blake arrived on time and were very courteous throughout the installation process. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. They were also very respectful of my property and left the work area clean and tidy.

The installation itself was flawless, and the Tesla Wall Charger is working perfectly. I appreciate the attention to detail that Will and Blake put into their work, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical services.

I loved having Gervais Electric install my EV charger. Erik came by initially to provide an estimate and he was incredibly thorough and friendly, and listened to and answered all of my questions. We have a 100 amp panel so Erik pulled info from NES to see our usage history to make sure we had the room in our panel to safely install and use the charger. Samantha was in touch with me for scheduling and payment and she was always responsive and provided clear communication. Will and Alex were the technicians who did the job and they were friendly, respectful to our property, and they also took their time to answer any questions I had. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Gervais Electric and look forward working with them again.

This is the second time I've hired Gervais for EV infrastructure installations. This time, having them install a Tesla PowerShare whole-home backup system. I've worked with many electricians in the past, and many others are good, but Gervais is great! I can trust that they know what they're doing, they take great care, and they also ensure not to over-sell which is a huge trust builder. The Project:
-Garage: The majority of the work took place in our garage, where we needed extra outlets installed. Now, we have all the power we need for our tools and gadgets without tripping over extension cords.
-Bathroom Closet: Inside the house, they added a light and switch to our previously dim and dreary bathroom closet. It's now a bright and functional space.
-Bedroom Closet: An outlet was installed in our bedroom closet.
-Home Office: They also refed an office outlet so it could run on its own 15-amp breaker, which now allows the office equipment to run without any hiccups.

Will and his crew arrived right on schedule in the morning, ready to tackle the job. They worked efficiently, making sure everything was done to a high standard. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. After the work was completed, our home was spotless - you wouldn’t even know they had been here (except for all the new outlets and lights).

We experienced zero issues during the installation, and we have peace of mind knowing the job was done right. We totally recommend Will and Gervais Electric for any of your electrical needs.

He was great! His knowledge of older homes was a definite plus. He gave us options with certain things we wanted done, as well as was honest with what was necessary and what could be optional at this time. We had several things that had to be done due to safety and he was able to complete everything that day!
