My air conditioner went out and it was 90 inside! David was there within an hour and fixed it right up. I never do reviews, but the promptness and friendliness of him made me do so. This is the second time he’s come out (the first was my fault for not changing my filters 😩). THANK YOU SO MUCH for being amazing! My dad has owned a contracting company for 40 years, so in my younger years of working for him I learned the value of a company that takes pride in their work. This is one of those companies.

This Company was referred by my home protection warranty company. Heltons Service Co. provides the best service from start responding to initial work order request to the finish installation of a unit. We
Wendy was superb explaining the process and staying in touch keeping updates. Tyler is phenomenal with professionalism, prompt response and knowledge explaining options.

Wendy was very quick to get my issue addressed, and David and team were on site extremely fast and took care of my issue faster than I expected. They are experienced and knowledgeable about any issue we discussed and took care of my water heater need with care and concern as if it were their own home. Highly recommended!

We have a had two good experiences with Helton's. The first was at the height of the summer heat and they worked as fast as they could to get our problem diagnosed, acquire the part, and install the new part. Considering the amount of business they had at the time we were please with how quickly they remedied the issue.

Today we called at 8:30 in the morning regarding some leakage and the issue was fixed and preventive measures taken all before 10:30 AM. So helpful, friendly, and professional.

This is a family-owned business you can trust! The customer service and communication is so good. You get the nicest texts. They layout all the options really clearly. And just really good people. Best around!

This is a family owned business and you can trust them to take care of your needs. I had them install a new Heating & Air until a couple years back. Now have them out twice a year for tune-up/maintenance so my warranty stays valid. There is no high pressure sales tactics here. They are very honest and will shoot you straight. I have used many other companies in the past and this is the one that I now recommend to all my friends.

David and his son are wonderful people and do great work. If something goes wrong, they always make time to get out and get it fixed ASAP. I appreciate everything that they do, and you would not go wrong by giving them a call for your HVAC needs.

We had a fantastic experience with Helton’s and David. We had a larger company came to look at our HVAC unit; they determined it was frozen and stated they’d return the next day to fix it after it defrosted. They took our service fee and never returned to finish the job, nor did they answer or return several calls and voicemails. My husband reached out to Helton’s at 8:30 am several days later and by 10 am they had our unit back up and running. David and his staff were professional and friendly. I cannot express how thankful and appreciative we are!

David and his team are amazing! They're extremely responsive, even coming out on Christmas day after our heating system stopped working. They're local and really care about their customers. And they're super affordable. Don't hesitate to call them.

An excellent experience. Some contractors can't answer their phones in the time it takes Helton's to come out a service a property. The were easy to schedule, arrived on time, and when they were here they worked hard. They got the unit working as best they could with items on-hand, and made plans to come back and service it back to "full health" once they'd had time to learn the system and knew what they'd need to bring. I would absolutely recommend them to someone needing HVAC work.

Helton's has earned my repeat business by always being prompt and professional, and I never feel like I'm being upsold on stuff I don't need. They have fixed stuff that other companies say is unfixable.

Helton’s Service Company is a great company, and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Tyler showed up at my residence shortly after I received a call that the technician was on his way. He was very friendly and helped explained to me what was causing my AC unit not to cool my home properly. He even suggested a different air filter to keep the home cooler. I would highly recommend Helton to anyone looking for AC repairs or maintenance.

My air went out and I had guest visiting from out of town. Wendy was pleasant and quick with getting me an appointment with an on call tech. I knew whomever came out was going to immediately say I need a whole new unit.The technician turned my fan switch off and left me in worse shape than when he arrived for $150 and no options but to buy a new unit and coil. Only to find out that there were other options of coolant available. A few pounds of coolant and my air conditioner is running like new. Disappointed!

We've had other, much larger HVAC businesses out to our house over the years who simply want to sell you a new unit, at a ridiculous price, rather than trying to actually figure out what is wrong. Tyler always goes above and beyond when he has worked on our units and provided some advice on how we can prolong our units lifespan. Highly recommend Helton's.
