David and his employee Jacob were thorough and helpful. They saw our gas leak repair through and even waited through a storm for the gas company to arrive to turn our gas back on to make sure there were no issues. They repaired faulty work done before by another technician from another company on our water heater. If you value honest and good quality workmanship, I would recommend Helton's for sure.

I want to thank David and his sons on helping my family and I out on a furnace issue. I needed a new furnace and one company came out to replace it but couldn’t put everything back together up to code. One of those gentleman recommended Heltons and stated he used to work for the company and that they could fix my furnace issues. (This spoke volume that a previous employee referenced his past employer.) The Helton company reached out to me and came out the same day to get an ideal of the job. They then came out the exact next day and executed the problem. I am truly thankful for such a quick turnaround and their friendliness to resolve an issue created elsewhere.

Additionally, I had a water pressure issue that David quickly identified and was able to fix the same day as my furnace problems!

Lastly, I don’t want to forget about their sweet receptionist! She was also friendly and even kept me informed of arrival times while also sending along any messages or questions I had.

Shout Out to Helton's Service Co. These folks are truly professional.Our HVAC laid down 2 years ago when it was sub freezing. Ours is an older unit and parts are hard to come by. These guys custom fabricated a bracket to hold the internal fan motor, replaced the motor and had us going before sundown! That's what I call putting your customers 1st. Last year, they had to replace a capacitor and a lock pin(once again in the winter and the service was timely) We highly recommend these folks.

Helton Service Company is a godsend! I have been taken advantage of by so many heating and air conditioning companies before. So, to find a company that is honest, has integrity, and is reliable---a trifecta! Wendy handles all the calls with the utmost professionalism. Tyler came for the first time in the Fall of 2024 to service my furnace and I trusted him the moment I met him. He was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He just came back this Spring for my A/C tune-up and I received the exact same level of service from him. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me and wanted to make sure he answered all my questions. In a nutshell--he made my day! I feel so comfortable with Helton's and will use them again and again for Spring and Fall tune-ups and highly recommend them to everyone who asks for a referral! Keep up the great work!

We have been very pleased with Helton's service because of the trustworthy service. They clearly communicate the service observations and necessary work. They resolved an equipment issue with a simple fix after another company had told us the HVAC unity was beyond repair. Honesty and knowhow are their qualities.

Our exterior HVAC unit was damaged and needed to be repaired. Since we had excellent service from Helton's when the unit was installed, we gave them a call. They inspected and repaired the unit, cleaned the interior and exterior, and tested it to be sure everything was in good working order. But that's not all! The Helton service professional also adjusted the dampers in the attic and installed new filters!
They made this event less stressful as well as charging less than expected! I would highly recommend Helton's Service Company for anything related to your HVAC.

Our air conditioning system failed on a steamy Sunday and the folks at Helton's saved us by arranging a rapid Monday visit. Tyler very methodically and expertly did trouble-shooting on our primary unit, zone system logic board, thermostats, etc. and quickly diagnosed and fixed what I anticipated to be a costly repair into a simple service visit. Helton's is an excellent HVAC company. Tyler just recently serviced my HVAC and when beyond the maintenance control by fixing and taping up some exposed wires.
