Constraction reviews in Old Hickory, Tennessee

We had a great experience working with BeSure1st home Inspections. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home inspection. Communication was great, details were explained, and the report was thorough and what we needed. Thank you!

Will was fantastic. He took time on the house outside making sure that all outlets and everything worked. Every time he found an issue he walked through what happened and how to get it fixed. Super friendly and helpful with everything. Would recommend to others!

Will is amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. The reports generated aren't nit-picky over chips of paint or floor-mats sideways by the door. No filler junk.Well written w good descriptives and remedies for very real present ,and potential problems, as well as referencing legacy items of question, in the inspected site.

Having worked in multiple capacities with forensic process and technologies, I wouldn't use anyone other than Will.Sure you can pay some guys to walk around on a roof turn spigots on and off,and take thousands of photos of the same thing from diff angles, but that didn't happen w my inspection.Pure focus on important items that make a home purchase decision solid, or questionable without speculation, just facts backed by science, technology, and experience. The professional suggestions and observations are fair and not impartial: Honest.
5 star all the way. On time, professional, uses current technology to provide the best you can ask for. Using drones, thermal technology and robotics to provide accurate results is something every inspector should have, like WIll at Be Sure1st has. Thanks again for showing me everything I needed to know!

Mr. Carmichael was excellent. We contacted him to inspect our crawl space. He was responsive and very professional. His inspection report is through and when we had a question he was available to answer it. I highly recommend using Besure1st home inspections.

Absolutely amazing! Will immediately responded to my request for an inspection, was out the next day and had the report to me that evening. He was thorough, took the time to explain everything to me, and told me what was a major problem and what was not. What more could you ask for - speed, reliability, professionalism, and experience! 1000% recommend.

Very professional and thorough job in the inspection of my home. Provided detailed information along with photos and video. Sent email and phone call prior to inspection date and a phone call while at my home. Received report the same day. This inspection provided me with a peace of mind of the workmanship of my home. Highly recommend BeSure1st Home Inspections for your needs.

Mr. Carnival was able to schedule our inspection quickly. He was extremely thorough and talked us through all his findings. His report was extremely thorough with good photos for visuals, clean, easy to read. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Service! Thorough and quality inspection! Highly detailed reporting and videos of our home. We feel a lot better now, knowing that our house has been carefully examined by Will, using all of the latest technologies to search for issues!!! A+++ Service!

Excellence in everything! He is happy to answer questions and spend time explaining the issues he finds in a home. Will has a drone he flies over the roof for examination and a robot to check the complete crawlspace of homes. Both record and a video is included with the home inspection report. Thorough doesn’t begin to describe his work. If you want to know all there is to know about a home, call Will at BeSure1st Home Inspections, Inc.

We were in a time crunch and needed someone to inspect our property quick. Will was able to come out the same day and called us later that day to go over his findings. Professional and responsive. I highly recommend him!!

I sold real estate for 17 years and dealt with a lot of home inspectors. Will is tops. He was professional, prompt, thorough, and helpful. I very much appreciate his taking the time to do the job properly and his sound advice.
Thanks, Will!

Incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Will was very thorough in explaining his findings and many features of my home that I would not have known to look for. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would absolutely call him first if I had inspection needs in the future.

I have known Bill for over 17 years, His professionalism, reliability, attention to detail is really good. He is very knowledgeable & thorough with his quotes which quickly become Customers. I would highly recommend BeSure1st Home Inspections before purchasing any property and also before you Sell your home.

I would 100% recommend Will for any of your inspection needs. He is very responsive and efficient in what he does! Very pleased with my experience and plan to work with him again in the near future!

I was having issues with a smell in my house and needed to have someone checkout my crawl space to find out the issue. I got in touch with Will and he came to the rescue! He sent a robot down into my crawl space and let me watch alongside him to figure out the issue. I had a pipe totally disconnected from my kitchen sink! He also showed me a water spot under my toilet that seemed to have been leaking. He even sent me still pictures with descriptions so I could send to the plumber. I called a plumber out and my issue was fixed within 2 days! It was exactly both issues that Will found. Very impressed with his knowledge and reliability! Recommend to anyone!! A++++ service!

Will is the best inspector money can buy. This was our first home purchase and Will took the time to explain how everything functioned and provided advice and guidance. After his inspection was completed, he provided advice on rough estimates, and where/if he would ask for certain areas of the house to be repaired. Weeks after the inspection, I messaged will for advice and he was quick and thorough with his response. I couldn't have asked for a better home inspector than Will over at BeSure1st. I will be hiring him for my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and every other house I purchase in my lifetime. Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty. It's men like you the reason there is hope left in this world.

Mr. Carmichael was awesome to work with and helped us get our new home inspection in on a tight schedule. When we arrived at the property he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We felt great moving forward with the purchase process after speaking with him.
