Two young men came out replacement of our HVAC. Both were Very Kind and explain every step. Both Very Professional one name was Xavier And Mr ?. Will see them on Monday for replacement of Water heater.

Really excellent for a variety of commercial construction needs! Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, geothermal, building, etc. they do it all. If your looking for a great company that focuses on the people more that the work, but still does a premium job, check them out!

The crew that did the work at my house was amazing. All very professional but down to earth. They explained what they were doing every time I asked. I could not find a better group of people if I tried.

Roman is awesome. He takes the time to explain the issue and will physically show me what the problem is. We’ve had experience with other HVAC companies and they haven’t even come close to providing the service that Roman has. MCH overall is very responsive and everyone I’ve talked to has been so nice. Would definitely recommend this company.

Not reliable and unprofessional. Technician left the attic door open letting all the heat from attic fill the second floor. Never had a technician not close the door when finished so didn't bother to check after he left. AC ran non stop for over a day until I went upstairs.
Also, they rescheduled me twice. Company was not willing to compensate me for the ac running non stop due to him leaving the attic wide open.

Fantastic! fabulous and any other superlative you can think of. I had been without my a/c since the 4th of July. Naturally, I was not pleased. MCA answered my request within minutes and had a crew out here the following morning. The actual crew was efficient, personable and professional. And I was given choices and ended up with an excellent unit at an amazing value. I could not be happier with my new unit, American Standard, and the service I receive from the start to the very immediate finish. I highly recommend this company for quality products and service.

Was super excited to use them since they worked on my previous home. They charged me for product they did not even use ( not cheap). They used old material that was already in my current home when the whole purpose was to replace it since it was old. When asked if they used brand new material they said yes, I let them know I checked the work and they didn’t. They did send someone back out to finish the job “correctly”. Scheduling issues was a big thing. Was told one day, and no one would show up. Brand new HVAC and they still managed to use the 10+ year old metal rusted pipes and left the uncut new one in my yard. Not a honest company.

Ok, Had a new HVAC unit put in a couple of weeks ago and it works great. I got a quote from 3 different companies and MCH was the best. Not only the price but the customer service was top notch. I called several times to ask question before I pulled the pin with this company. They answered the phone or called back quick and answered them. Once I decided to go with MCH the wait time was short (1 day) until the crew came and began their work. Everything was done professional and the crew was very friendly. I decided to get some plumbing done outside the HVAC and the plumber Steven was first rate. Just so nice to have a professional like him come over and do the job. He explained everything was going to do and then everything he did. The finished work of both the plumbing and HVAC were done to perfection. I now have a plumber and heating and AC in my contacts in my phone. They will be my first call if I have any future needs.

After learning from an annual HVAC checkup my 24-year old system had a dangerous-to-humans crack in the middle of a freak early November cold spell, I had to act fast for the sake of my tenants. The first two quotes: $11.5 and $13k and a 10-day start date from providers affiliated by my home warranty insurer. I sensed a "panicked customer" ripoff. My property manager called MCH and in less than two days a replacement heat/cooling system had been completed for $7500. Color me relieved.

I really appreciate the professionalism of MCH. Everyone we interact with is helpful, prompt and doesn't leave us without a solution in mind. Today our AC went out, and assumed we'd have a hot mess on our hands. MCH not only fit us in same day, but Zach showed up earlier than expected and fixed the issue right away. He was also considerate of our sleeping baby while he was in the house. Friendly and knowledgeable. THANK YOU!!!!

These guys provided above top notch service. They were able to provide me with same-day service on a Saturday afternoon and they were extremely efficient with their service. Not only was the service great, the technician who came to my home and I hate that I didn't write his name down, but he was extremely knowledgeable about the task at hand. But never-mind him being knowledgeable. The passion and energy that he had about his job was what made me know that I made the right choice with this company. MCH Nashville are perfect professionals. Their service is quick and proficient and their techs are considerate — from their kindness to making sure they keep your house clean if they have to come inside. The office staff also delivers patient customer service and never make the urgency of your issue a bother.

We recently had 5 service calls for our HVAC between thanksgiving and February. We knew the unit didn’t have much life left but when it died, it went quickly. Our tech Aaron was diligent to help our unit last as long as possible but ultimately recommended an immediate replacement. He informed us of the TVA UpLift program which is linked on the MCH website through which we were approved to receive a grant for a new HVAC unit and other energy efficient improvements to our home, saving us thousands of dollars this year and in the years to come. We were even able to request MCH as our preferred contractor for our UpLift installation.

I just had an excellent experience with MCH this past week. Our AC went out (in this crazy heatwave) in the middle of the night. Someone was able to come out on a holiday (July 4) to assess the situation. By 11am the next morning our unit was completely replaced, up and running. The crew was professional and did a great job. Can’t say enough about how well this was handled and with such expediency.

I very much appreciate the followup and responses to my needs and questions from James at MCH Nashville. Even though I am quite remote from their location they work to get me what's needed to keep my system fully operational, and my elect bills have been under $20.00/ month for most all of the year. Deepest winter uses some grid energy due to lack of sun hours.
