I was bidding on an "As Is" home auction, last minute, Will did the home inspection on Super Bowl Sunday. He flew a camera drone for roof and property drainage issues and a camera robot to film and assess the crawl space for foundation and plumbing issues. Will encouraged me to be onsite at the end of his inspection to show me his findings first hand. The printed report was comprehensive. I had all the buyer questions, with his construction background Will patiently answered all and gave me ballpark prices for issues I would need to address in the future. Recommend highly and will use again.

Will did an awesome job with our new construction home. He was familiar with our builder (Beazer Homes) and knew exactly what to look for. The process was seamless, and I was able to give the contractor the report ahead of our walkthrough. The aerial drone footage of the roof was done in great detail. Will also made solid recommendations on what to look for on our one-year warrantee. His depth of knowledge regarding Radon is an invaluable asset that is so important in an area like Middle TN. I will use Will for any future home inspections we may need.
