Schedule an appointment to have my dry fix, the day of the service they called 2 hours after my appointment to tell me they don't work on samsung dryer, on a Friday at 7pm

Made an appointment to get my washer looked at. Was told they would there next day between 8 -11am. 1:00 pm no one has showed up and no one has called. Called and was told someone would call me back. Thirty minutes later.....I called back and was put on hold for 10 minutes...was told they were on their way. Technician was nice and was given an estimate to replace door switch. Came back next day and replaced switch.....did not fix the issue. Was given a new estimate of almost $500.00. Washer and dryer are only 4 years old. I told technician I need a day to think about it.....I have been trying all morning to ask if washer could be repaired today per estimate. Called number that was on estimate...it is a Florida number......not available at this time...I left messages . Called number of technician...not answering phone...left voice mail and texts.no respofrom. No response from no one and it's 1130am. After repeated unanswered calls and messages / emails....no one will reply to my simple question......can my washer be fixed today per estimate from yesterday ? I thought I was doing a good thing for my community...I thought this was a small business. Why is every phone and email Florida connected? Call center ? I just want my questioned answered.

I hired Williams Electric in July of 2021 to build a 200A Service, wire to Sub Panel inside house, install 22KW Generator with automatic bus transfer switch.

Communication: Justin was the ONLY person from multiple companies that I contacted for a quote to reply to me. He responded within a day with a quote for service.

Cost: Justin came in under budget on the project. No corners were cut, all work was done with premium materials

Quality: Finished product was amazing. The building was not damaged, weatherhead was positioned perfectly. 100% happy with the final installation.

Customer Service: From Quote to finish was 5 Days, including a weekend. Justin was prompt, on time and completed the work very quickly. I have Zero complaints.

I recommend Williams Electric to anyone in the Humphrey's county area. Top-Notch Service.

Highly recommend, I'm out of town and have a rental property that had a major electric issue, Williams electric coordinated everything with the city and took care of my problem.Best in the business!!!

We hired Williams Electric to add another 240 plug for a new appliance. Justin was very nice and professional and got the job done right. If we ever need any electrical work done in the future, we will definitely be calling them again. The price was far as well.
