This company was recommended to us by a FB group in our town. We reached out for a small issue and they had someone out the same day! We did not think it was urgent but appreciated that someone was available to come out and check for us. We will be a repeat customer and recommend the company to others. Thank you.

Elite Care tries to do right by their customers. Unfortunately American Home Shield does not. Elite tried their best to help my fiancée when American Home Shield shafted her. They were courteous and respectful with my fiancée while she was trying to figure out what all was going on with American Home Shield and how AHS was not honoring the home warranty that my fiancée had purchased. Elite did their best to help us with everything that was going on.

Alias and his crew are professional, knowledgeable and reliable. We recently had our main havc replaced and had used Elite Care Heating and Air a couple of months earlier to replace the bonus room unit.

In both cases communication was timely and helpful. The crew arrived on time, installed the unit and had the a/c running without delay. They even worked in the rain to finish the job.

When we had some difficulty with a new programable thermostat Elite Care Heating and Air came back out and made sure all with good and running correctly.

Without reservations I recommend Elite Care Heating and Air.

These guys are the best. Very friendly and hard workers. They do what they supposed to do and that is fix what is wrong. I give them 10 stars because 5 just ain't enough. If you need your unit to run like it supposed to, I say with confidence give them a call. You won't go wrong.

My husband and I have had American Home Shield warranty for the last 6 years, because when we moved into this house everything was on the verge of it’s “end of life expectancy” so figured we would need some help. AHS can be a huge pain but what we have heard they are better than some of the other home warranties. I will save their review for their page though.

As for Elite Care:
On 1/23/25 I put in a 911service request with AHS as our very old furnace (that has already had almost every part replaced) had went out on a 4 degree day, AHS was having a hard time finding someone that could come same day, but finally got a hold of Elite, Elite came out within about 4 hours of being called, the compressor had went out and they needed to order the part, fortunately for us they were able to get our emergency heat going.

Finally, the part came in on 2/12 this took a while, but we can’t blame Elite for that, everything these days is taking forever to come in. Mike with Elite actually had to drive down to AL to pick up the part, then Josh with Elite and his assistant came out 2/13 – Josh was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in what he was doing, which we greatly appreciate!! Some of the companies AHS sends out have no clue what they are doing and have caused more damage than what they were here to fix.

Josh needed a couple more parts to get old bertha going so headed to town, picked up what he needed, was back in no time and got that old girl going again. Josh had asked if the first tech from Elite that had come out on 1/23 had mentioned anything about us paying for freon as AHS only pays $10 a pound and we said he hadn’t said anything about it but we would pay whatever we needed to, and Josh said he would get back to us. I pulled up our AHS contract and sure enough it says AHS only pays $10lb. Well then Mike called us last night and gave us a discount on the freon since his first tech didn’t mention it, we would have paid whatever the price was we owed, but for Mike to discount the price for us was a very nice gesture.

Elite care amazing with our unit installation. Very timely and had amazing communication. Answered promptly and was very knowledgeable of the issue and how to solve it. Will definitely be using Alias in the future. They really care for their customers.

Highly recommend Elite Care Heating and Air! Alias was very quick to respond when I first contacted them and they were out the next day (Christmas Eve) to check out our unit. They got it all cleaned up and fixed a piece of ductwork that had fallen down. Came back after new year's to replace a part and took care of making sure it was covered by the warranty. Also replaced a section of ductwork that was damaged.
Very reasonable with pricing, and explains everything that is going on and being done. Very polite and respectful. Will definitely call them next time we have any issues and will have them do our yearly cleaning and tune up!

Alias and I came in contact because of my home warranty company, Cinch. The other technician they sent from another company didn't fully diagnose my HVAC issues. Everything seems to be in order and working now. I know it probably wasn't a close drive for him but I greatly appreciated his professionalism and promptly getting out to our home to make sure we had working heat for this cold snap, especially after all of the trouble I encountered. Thank you again!

Elite Care Heating and Air is above and beyond. It seems like in the market today companies do not have time for you as there is so much work to be done. This is not the case with this company. I feel like they truly care about their customers and their work. I was in a tight spot when my heat went out on a holiday just as bad winter weather storms were coming in.
Elite Care did not hesitate to assist. They came out immediately and gave an assessment. While they did not have the necessary part at the moment they fixed the heat for the time being and ordered it. The part was in the next day and that very day my heat worked and has worked since.
My family is grateful for their help and will definitely be repeat customers when the time comes. Elite Care is more than a company they are true neighbors. Thank you Elite Care Heating and Air. You definitely live up to your name.

Elite Care Heating and Air came through for us quickly with affordable options while being extremely professional. Our unit went out and they provided excellent options and had us cool and calm in no time. Give them a call if you find yourself losing your cool this summer!

Oh my goodness Elite Care Heating and Air was amazing! This was a 2nd opinion on my HVAC air conditioning unit and he found the problem the first company missed. My inside unit was filthy. Now it is cooling amazingly since service.
I would highly recommend this company for affordable and knowledgeable service.

We have a home warranty and our shower valve quit working. Our warranty company sent these people out. They came out and told me they had to get approval to order the part. A week went by and nothing. I called them back and spoke to Michael I think. He told me the part was ordered and as soon as it came in he would come put it in. Another week goes by. I try to call him again but now he won't answer my phone calls. Called my home warranty company and they try to call him too. He now tells them he can't get the part. These people are nothing but liars, liars, liars. I would never use these people.

Mike was polite and listened to my concerns. He worked around my schedule to get my hot water heater repaired. Josh and Jake were courteous and quick to diagnose the issue, picked up the part, and had repairs completed within 30 minutes after returning. Extremely satisfied with the service of this company.

The guys with Elite Care were great. They were very understanding to our situation, especially since we were working with a home warranty company. All of us know this is not always sunshine and puppies. But they did great and got us back up and running and are working still to find parts for the furnace side of the repair. They were not even here to check our furnace and found a dangerous leak. So I would say great attention to detail and checking the entirety of our unit not just what the call was placed on. We would recommend these guys for sure!
