Kevin was a good and knowledgeable guy. He can to check my unit, and replaced a bad capacitor just to find out the compressor was shot. So i went through his business to purchase and have installed a brand new HVAC unit. Evrything was done professionally and in a timely manner.. 5 stars, would highly recommend.

Initially called them out of the blue on a holiday weekend. A/C went out and they came to repair it right away. That was almost 4 years ago.

In Apr22 they came out to our rental and the system there is still from 1995. They cleaned the nasty ducts and he made the necessary repair to keep it working. We will definitely be working with them on the next system soon.

Then they came out when the cat we were fostering got stuck in the air vent. True story. Anyways they helped us out then also and both the cat and AC system are good.

I called them and said I had no heat on Friday they come out and my unit was 17yrs old and they got me heat last year when there was snow covered on the ground and no one else would come out they were standing in snow. Now I called them out on Friday my unit has went completely bad they told me Monday the unit would be here Tuesday they would have it in. Well Monday is going to be cold he said and wanted to have heat for the night. I really can’t say it enough they are truly the best professional and actually care about people. If anyone has an issue with heating and cooling I highly recommend Residential Plus Heating and Cooling. Simply the best of the best. They came out at our request to do an estimate for a new home heating and cooling system. A day or two later we called in and asked for an estimate to fix our duct work. That was about a month ago and we haven't heard back from them. I'd give them only 1 star, but they where very professional when they came out to do the initial estimate. Response edit: First we have a 2 year old child as your tech is aware of from his talk with my wife. Second it takes a few minutes to pick up the phone and let us know your very busy including a focus on the elderly and houses with small children (like the 2 yr old toddler we have).

Kevin Daniels came over and did a great job on fixing our a/c. He went above and beyond of what I asked and got our a/c blowing cold again. Ms. Pam who I spoke with on the phone to make the appointment was wonderful and very nice. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needed Hvac work done.

Our AC went out during the night so we called first thing Saturday morning. We got a call back within 15 minutes and he was here working on it within an hour. Reasonable prices, fantastic work, we will definitely use this company again.

Yes my heat system went out, i was trying to find a local Heat and AC service company. i called several companies, All of the companies said they would get back with me. Not one did except the Residential Plus Heating & cooling. The office mgr, call me back and gave me the time they would be there and they where there on time. Looked at my system and had to order a part, but they fix the system at that time so that i would have heat until the new part could be ordered and installed, just a few days went by they came back out and installed the new part. The service was very good ,
and professional . The two service tech was very good and efficient . The office manager was very professional and helpful. They will have my business. again.

I have been using Kevin and his crew for almost 10 years. At my home, my business, and my family. Fast, efficient, very knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. I would not hesitate one moment to recommend him to anyone. Excellent service for a fair price. Something that's hard to find in today's world.

Absolutely would recommend. They were amazing! Fair prices and they were on time of not early we had to order a part and they also went extra mile and cleaned it. Their work ethic awesome to come check problem he came in rain. And we had our ac fixed in a of Couple days. The woman who you talk to pam is just as nice and polite as the workers. Big thumbs up to you guys you were so nice to work with!

Moved into a new house and the AC wasn't working. They were here for hours. They did fix the AC and the owner came out to help the tech.

Very pleasant. We were very surprised at the bill. He could have charged a lot more for the time they put into fixing the unit.

Our HVAC went out late on a Friday night. We called Residential first thing Saturday morning, and they had a technician at our home within an hour. Kevin diagnosed the fault, made the repair, and offered a full explanation of the problem. He was courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Will definitely use Residential the next time we have an HVAC need.
