New to the area and woke up this morning to our furnace not working. We called Residential Plus Heating and Cooling at 6:15 am, left a message and they returned our call about 8:30 were here by 9am! Friendly and informative!

Residential Plus Heating & Cooling performed several services for me over the last decade (HVAC maintenance, HVAC installation, Reme Halo Air Purifier installation). I always received a quick reply and prompt service. I am satisfied with all services and will use Residential Plus for any future services.

They were awesome. They came out quickly and were very courteous and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and would definitely call them again if needed.

Called on August 29th for request to doing a/c maintenance and changing out flexible ductwork for metal ductwork. Scheduled appointment for evaluation on August 31st was no call/no show. No further response from company.

I have been having problems with my HVAC unit for months. I had call another business in Pulaski 3 times for service and no one would come out. I called Residential Plus and they sent Tom out to check the unit. I had 2 inches of ice around the coils and there was no airflow for heat or air. He was so professional and answered all my questions and fixed the problem immediately. I will use Residential from now on for any HVAC maintenance and service from now on!!!

Tom was very professional and easy to communicate with. He found the problem with a few minutes. Turned out to be nothing more than a thrown breaker. He gave me the age of the unit and offered a maintenance program that save me money in the long run.
