I've been working with Kelsey and the Sweat Bees team for a year now, and I'm so SO grateful to have been introduced to her. She is my eyes on the ground for my first property. Guests for my rental 'Cozy Corner' in Sevierville leave great reviews of how clean the home always is. She is so communicative and responsive, and if ever there is something that pops up, she is on it! She and her business are goals! Without Sweat Bees, I wouldn't be as successful with my first rental as I've been. Love them!!

I cannot say enough good things about Tiff and James, and the kind of quality and thorough service that they provide.Other cleaning services have promised us the moon and the stars, and touted how differently they run their business, only to be disappointed after a few months because they all lack consistency. Pristine Mountain Clean has saved us from headaches and bankruptcy due to refunds as a result of guest complaints.

They are also very proactive in informing us with what the cabin may need (service, supplies, replacements). This is invaluable information when you are trying to manage a short-term rental business from out of state.

For most of us in this market, choosing a reliable, wrap-around cleaning service is the biggest investment of our lives outside of the real estate we bought. It is not a secret that there are many business outfits out in the Smokies who are either too big to provide the personalized care your cabin needs to stand out and compete, or too small to care enough to provide quality work. Partnering with the wrong people will make or break your STR.
