Matt was awesome! He arrived quickly on Saturday night, took care of our hot water issue, relit the fireplace pilot light, and even checked the hot tub for us. Very kind and professional.

We had an excellent experience with this company. Devon came out to help us fix a toilet on the weekend. He not only fixed the issue, he took the time to share his expertise with us. Devon was quick to respond and incredibly personable. Very pleased with this experience!

Mat was amazing and super kind. He fixed all our problems!! Super polite and gave us tips to do in Gatlinburg.

We had some issues with the airbnb we were renting, and Devin H came right out and addressed them and a couple of others. Was very polite, courteous, and was quick with the repairs. He did an awesome job.

Devin Harvey was the maintenance technician that we had for a couple of small issues with our rental property. He was extremely professional and fixed both issues in a very timely manner. And this did not disrupt our vacation in the least!!
Great customer service.

We had an issue with cooling in the cabin and Matt brought box fans for every bedroom. He helped unbox them all and made sure our needs were taken care of. He was super helpful!

Devin Harvey showed to look at the hot tub in our rental. He was courteous and professional, letting us know he was here, provided updates, and quickly resolved the issue. He stayed to make sure the temp begin raising and gave an update when he was completed. He asked if there was any other issues he could resolve while here and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you

We had a maintenance issue with a hot tub at a rental cabin late at night and didn’t expect service immediately, but they came out right away and fixed the problem. Devin and Jacob were extremely professional and took the time to explain the issue, then waited to ensure it began heating before leaving. Very grateful!!

AJ was phenomenal! Needed assistance with the hot tub when we arrived to the rental cabin. He went above and beyond driving to the hardware store for a replacement fuse so we could take a dip!

We had a censor issue with our outdoor lights. Sammy came to our cabin at 9:30 pm to fix our issue. He was so nice and professional about being there there late. This company is top notch.

Jeremy did a great job! He arrived within an hour of our call. He was very professional and friendly. He changed out the batteries in our smoke detector.

Matt was great! We had an issue upon arrival and Matt was out within two hours and had everything sorted out quickly. He was very friendly and gave us a bunch of tips regarding things to do in the area.

Our hot tub needed maintenance and one of the toilets in the house wouldn't flush. Matt came and helped us even though it was late in the afternoon. He had a great attitude and had it fixed in no time!

Matt came out and salted the porch for us and filled the hot tub he was super friendly and taught us how to use the propane fireplace because we were struggling. 10/10 recommend he was great!

Pretty good company, I think they could do better on the departure cleans I have had to go behind them a few times but overall I am fairly pleased. It can be sometimes difficult to get some of their staff members on the phone. I will come back later to update my review and hopefully go up to 5 stars.

Best of the best right here, always on time, job always done right. Cant ask for much more, thank you all for your hard work, day in and day out!

Matt was fantastic with his service. Filled up the hot tub and got our fire pit working like a champ. Super friendly and made sure many times if we needed anything else before he left.

We are staying at an AirBnB in Sieverville and when we alerted the owners of a couple issues with the pool and hot tub they sent out this team. Terry H and his coworker came and were so polite and helpful. They fixed everything with efficiency all the while trying not to interrupt our stay! I highly recommend this company!

Matt came out tonight to fix our washing machine at our rental and was awesome! Unfortunately our washing machine wasn’t working when we checked in and we packed for our trip planning on doing laundry more than once.

The part for the machine came in late so Matt wasn’t able to get here until after 6pm. He was quick, professional and very nice.
