This is our 5th year using Buddys carpet cleaning since owing our cabin. Definitely worth more than a 5 star review hands down!!

I had cleaned our floors with a carpet cleaner twice this week - with 2 kids and a dog it had gotten quite dingy! My mother recommended Buddy’s come out and deep clean the carpets and couches. I am very, very pleased with how clean everything turned out. This picture is the carpet as he first got started and you can see the major difference!

Had our kitchen and laundry room floor done today. Keith did absolutely AMAZING!! Honestly thought the grout was black for the 2 years I lived here but after an hour of cleaning… it turns out it is a very light grey!! I am so very grateful! On time, great communication, fast service, and thorough
job!! Overall more than 5 star service! Highly recommend!

Excellent service!! Two gentlemen came and cleaned the very large upstairs (three bed two bath and living room, and the stairs!) of my house. They were fast, professional, and friendly. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the hardwood at the base of my stairs when they were done so that it wouldn't be slippery. I would definitely recommend these folks!

They did a great job cleaning our couch. It’s been well loved by our kids and pets for 5 years. They were able to remove cat smell from it.

I have an 8x10 shag carpet that spent the night with a German Shepherd dog who was sick with diarrhea. I called Buddy’s Carpet cleaning and they were Fantastic!!! They were in the area and were here within 15 minutes. The rugs (I threw in 2- 4x6 rugs and a runner) were cleaned and they were gone within 45 minutes. I had previously checked pricing with other cleaners. I’ve done the research and you can’t beat the Price!! The rugs look great and they were very professional!!

Buddy’s cleaned the sofa, rugs and interior stairs at out mid term rental in Gatlinburg. Our tenant had 2 small dogs & it definitely smelled like them after checking out. Once Buddy’s was finished cleaning and adding pet treatment, it was like new again. Smelled fresh and looked clean. I highly recommend Buddy’s!!!!

We were very pleased! They showed up within an hour of being contacted; very professional and the carpets were clean before we knew it. We are very happy and will be using them every six months to clean our carpets in our rental cabin which sees a lot of traffic. Price was reasonable too.
