Matt came out at 11:00 pm to fix an electrical issue. Identified the issue and reported it to be fixed at almost midnight. Appreciate the great service regardless of the time.

The smoke detector battery was dying. We called and Matt came out quickly. He was very nice and was able to replace the battery quickly.

Air conditioning stopped working late one evening. Matt came out at 11pm to get it running again. He was knowledgeable, professional, and personable.

We have used MCM for three years at our Pigeon Forge cabin, always great service. Today we had a problem with water pressure (actually no water at all). Chris and Devin showed up right away and diagnosed and fixed the problem; saved the day! Great folks to work with!

Our large group, who was staying in a Gatlinburg rental cabin, asked our Airbnb host if someone could blow the leaves off our very curvy and steep driveway. To the rescue came Sammy and Jeremy, who not only completely cleared the driveway, but hit a few extra spots as well (including our deck and hot tub area). They also checked on our internet service which had gone out during a power outage. Definitely above-and-beyond service, conducted professionally and with warmth and courtesy.

Devin Harvey was fantastic! He went above and beyond for us. He came over to fix the refrigerator, but he did way more than that.
He helped carried groceries in, he helped set up decorations, and even put some in the fridge while he waited to see if the fridge was getting cold or not.
You guys have excellent maintenance employees.
I HIGHLY recommend using this company.

Was at a cabin we rented for vacation and the hot tub was not on. Apparently the breaker had tripped. The maintenance man was extrodinarily timely in his responsiviness and the issue was resolved within 20 minutes of messaging the owner. The worker was also very courteous and professional. Very impressed!

Mike came out after we requested some help with a few things around the house. He was very helpful and showed us how to work the hot tub and the fire pits and didn’t laugh at us for user error on some of them! It was a wonderful experience and very helpful!

Jeremy came in on Christmas Day and fixed the fireplace with ease and quickness. Super nice guy and would highly recommend for any maintenance issues!

AJ Jankowski was absolutely amazing! He got to us incredibly quick and got the job done in no time. Our fire detectors wouldn’t stop going off and it’s a rainy day in the mountains, he got here and finished the job faster than the expected wait time! He was incredibly professional and kind.

We had several issues that needed attention from the previous guests. We had unhappy guests who were even thinking of leaving early. CHRIS went to handle the maintenance issues. Not only were they happy, they asked where they could leave us a 5 star review!! What a turn around!! They even offered Chris some Biscuits and to join them for lunch! We ALWAYS have a great experience with Mountaineer on the Cleaning end AND the Maintanence end! 😉♥️👍🏻👍🏻

The Cabin Rental Store

The power went out at our mountain rental in the middle of an arctic cold front with training winds, heavy snow, and ice. Then the gas fireplace stopped working, and we couldn't get the pilot light to catch a flame. It was a scary start to a winter vacation with all of our young grandchildren to keep warm during an unexpected storm! Jeremy quickly came to our cabin in the mountains in the midst of all of that and fixed the fireplace with a smile. We're happy to highly recommend Mountaineer Cleaning and Maintenance!

Devin came around 10:00pm after we placed a call when a wind storm was hitting Gatlinburg and yanked our door open. He was great, friendly & professional and was able to fix the issue. Will definitely recommend him to many more people.

Excellent service! We had a plumbing issue in the cabin, and they came right out on a Saturday, addressed the issue, asked if there was anything else they could help with and followed up on the fridge filters (which went out). Super professional and walked us through everything. I highly recommend them from a customer perspective- five star service👍

Was having trouble with our rental cabin hot tub and luckily Matt was able to come out at 9pm! He took the time to explain the issue and fix it for us in a timely manner.

I highly suggest asking for him again if a problem like this arises!

We placed a call because the fireplace in our rental was not working. Devin Harvey arrived 20 Minutes within our call. Not only did he get it going right away, he was professional courteous, & very friendly.

Mike came out to our cabin (airbnb) and helped us with a few little maintenance issues. He was super friendly and considerate of our kids as well as very prompt. We submitted a request and he arrived within the hour. Would recommend!

Devin was so kind and helpful. He came in to our rental and quickly diagnosed the issue. He resolved the issue and made sure everything was in perfect working order. He was also kind to all members of the household, including the dogs!

Devin came out around 945pm for an issue we were having with our hot tub. He couldn’t have been a nicer guy or more professional! He’s truly passionate about what he does and it shows. He possesses a work ethic that sadly isn’t seen much anymore.

We just hired Mountaineer Cleaning & Maintenance. So far it has been great! One of the employees that really stands out is Terry H, he does our pool service. He has been amazing & goes above & beyond for us! We are super lucky to have him on our team of professionals that take such great care of us. Terry is the best!
