We use Mountaineer Cleaning and Maintenance for our short-term rental. The place is cleaned well and we are informed of any maintenance needs. We recommend them to others often.

This company has been cleaing my cabin for 16 months. Over this time, the cabin has maintained 4.9 out of 5 stars for cleanliness on Airbnb. I was lucky to find these guys after going through multiple other cleaning companies

We just sold our short term rental in Wears Valley, and MCM took care of it for years. We are so pleased to have partnered with Mountaineer. They were professional and well-organized, and guests consistently commented on how clean our home was. I can recommend MCM without reservation to any STR owner.

Damien has twice recently fixed maintenance items for us. Our guest told us what a nice man he is! Our cleaning crew is top notch and communications with the office is fast and always goes smoothly.

This cabin was amazing!! Great views, very clean, and top of the line features.

Unfortunately, the floors were not swept, the main floor area rug was stained & the bathroom garbage can had not been emptied. We had a problem with ants in the lower bathroom that the property manager struggled to address properly.

Communication was spotty as we could only text the offsite property manager since the voicemail box was full. I did msg that fact to the prop mgr but to no avail.

The overall condition of the property was “worn”. The coffee maker was found to be broken upon our arrival & it took the prop mgr some time to coordinate the replacement with the local team. While the washing machine worked well enough, the dry took several cycles to get our clothes dried.

The ant problem, along with the musty smell in the lower level kept our stay from being a pleasant one.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They stole a vacuum from a cabin they were mistakenly hired to clean. The vacuum was in the cabin and an employee of this company placed the vacuum onto the porch in the rain. When the vacuum was placed back into the cabin and I returned the following day, the vacuum was missing. The only other people with access to the cabin were employees of this company.

Used Mountain Top Cleaning for our Gatlinburg rental. The cleaning was almost perfect, but they missed some hair in one of the bathroom sinks. I called Jessica, and she was very nice, sent someone out to fix it immediately and offered a discount on the next cleaning. I appreciate the customer service. Great cleaning company, just one small complaint but otherwise fantastic

As brand new STR owners, managing from a distance, we have had a super experience with Mountain Top Cleaning. They have truly gone above and beyond expectations on multiple occasions.
*They made it to our condo in less than 15 minutes on an emergency call to let our guests in who couldn’t figure out the key pad entry.
*They showed up in less than an hour to do an unscheduled complete cleaning.
*They also accomplished an emergency battery replacement on our entry lock before our guests arrived.
Their pricing is also very straightforward, reasonable and exactly as they said it would be.
Mountain Top is a great company who has made a wonderful difference in our hosting experience. We are so thankful we contracted with them.
