Great service! They did an excellent job on the carpets in our cabin and sent the “after” pictures as well. I appreciate being able to text with them as I live in California and it’s sometimes difficult to work with vendors in another state. They also take credit card. One of the best cleaning experiences i have had with a carpet cleaning company ! From the time Keith answered the phone till the time the job was completed , I could tell if was dealing with a true professional who really knows his job ! Buddy’s Carpet cleaning is the best carpet cleaning service company I have ever hired. I made the call on Friday to get the carpet cleaned and Monday morning they were there. They communicated well and sent me estimates before anything was done. So very professionally, they went and took care of my carpet that was in dire need of cleaning for my cabin that accepts pets. The carpet was cleaner than it had ever been. Smelled amazing after the bad smell it had. Pictures of before and after was sent to me. Everything was put back as it had been and my customers were happy. They are the best carpet cleaners and pressure washing company in town. Also, their prices are fair compared to their services.

We live out of town and have a condo in Gatlinburg. The carpet needed cleaning. I called Buddy Carpet, which I have never used. They came out without me being there and cleaned my carpet and steps. When we came back over to the condo, the carpet looks brand new and it is old carpet. Their integrity, professionalism was valuable and trust worthy I highly recommend them.

Just bought a home in Maryville and wanted the carpet cleaned prior to the furniture arrival. While currently living in Texas, my only option was searching online for carpet cleaning companies. Buddy’s Carpet Cleaning stood out from the rest and I made my decision. It was a great decision!!! Working with Keith was excellent. From the carpet cleaning scheduling, a phone call about possible schedule change due to upcoming inclement weather, and the notification of heading my way for the carpet cleaning. Keith arrived on time, we went over what needed to be done, and he proceeded to perform an excellent job. Buddy’s Carpet Cleaning will definitely be my choice for any future services that will be needed.

Keith was great! He sent photos and videos of his cleaning process before and after (since I couldn’t be there in person). True pro! We had a rug, couch and chair cleaned.

Matt was absolutely amazing fixing the AC unit in our AirBnB- kind, courteous, and troubleshot the issue until he found and solved the problem. He’d get 6 stars if it were possible!

Great communication! Devin came to the cabin and fixed our plumbing issues. He even went above and beyond and took some of our trash bags that we had since the garbage company hasn’t come to pick up the trash yet.

We had a huge mess as a bear came and got into our trash while renting in Gatlinburg- Jacob came out within 2 hours, cleaned everything up, and put a lock on the trash! He was super kind and quick!!

Terrible cleaning company. I have had several issues with this company and you’d think they would fix their way of running their business but it seems to get worse. These spider webs were right above the kitchen counter where guests use to cook and eat. The pillows are stained and they smelled. The dust on the traffic floors were insane. It’s as if it had been weeks that it had not been cleaned. It gets WORSE.. one cleaning crew showed up with a newborn on one hand and a vacuum with the other hand to clean the Cain. II personally don’t use this company by choice. I own 2 cabin rentals and the property manager hires them. It has been a constant issues over and over again and it doesn’t change. From mold in the shower curtains. Mold all over the shower tiles. Hairballs left behind from previous guests check outs. Things are going missing. I replaced ALL my pillows and added bed bug pillow covers AND I added bed bug mattress covers. Most of my new pillows went missing and the old stained ones were left behind. . Fridge has been left dirty from previous guests. They’re very quick and consistent to leave tip envelopes behind but not keep consistency with their cleaning. Guests should go into their cabins knowing that everything was disinfected for their safety.
